I go to Dairy Queen and go thru the drive thru but it’s not even lit up to see the menu so I park to go in. They have signs that say dining room open but the guy won’t let me come in to order even after I told him I couldn’t see the drive thru menu due to no lights. I will never go there again! That was rude tacky and down right wrong!

The customer service is terrible, the girl at the drive thru clearly hates her job. Only reason I come to this DQ is because it's the closest thing to my house when I'm craving a treat, it's hardly ever worth the experience.
I was over charged for 2 blizzards, didn’t hit me until after I paid and pulled down to the end of the curb to wait for my order. The guy brought them out, no receipt, no napkins and no where close to a full cup. It was pretty skimpy, don’t think I’ve ever gotten a blizzard that was shorted that much.
Alexis, the cashier, was extremely rude while ordering and at the window, and failed to tell me what the total was until after I paid. She then told me to pull to the curb which was completely full, so I had to pull up instead. She then began cursing and yelling at me, telling me to go to the curb (that was still being occupied). Luckily the man handing us our food was apologetic.

Went during open hours only not to be served. Someone hanging out talking to a another vehicle in the parking lot and could see someone else inside. It just would have been nice to say your closed (even though at 8:32pm I don’t think you are) vs just ignoring hungry customers.
On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and Tyson foods Incorporated I was so amazed at how hard the men and women were working at this store. They were so polite and doing everything they could to please the customers. The food was great the service was great and we are so thankful that you were there.
