Daughter’s birthday tonight so we load up and go to our local diary queen for blizzards. To my surprise no turning the cup over before handing it off. I pointed this out to the clerk and got a ‘ uh huh ‘ and a shrug. I order blizzards not milk shakes. Sad experience. Could have went anywhere for a milkshake. I guess I should have asked for my money back but it’s worth $15.57 to not have a problem with a sad uninspired clerk. As I looked around the website I noticed a Blizzard Fan Club. Really?? Wow. Think I’ll pass on that.
My daughter enjoyed her ice cream and fries. Customer service was great.
Great the staff was friendly even though they were busy today. Plus the food was great
The manager was too busy hitting in the teenage girls from Walmart than taking care of customers and helping the employees who were coming to him.
The young man that took my order and delivered my food to the table was incredibly polite and nice. He was taking orders at the front and drive thru at the and time and doing both with a smile. The food was fresh and tasted great. The blizzard had plenty of mix-ins in it.
Staff was nice but… ordered two of the new stack burgers and if I’m going to pay 7.49+tx I at least want it to taste like it’s supposed to. It had two tiny strips of bacon, a splash of A-1, and one little dot of the peppercorn sauce that I still don’t know what it tastes like. The other two cheese burger was ok but barely any mayo. They throw these things together want to charge way too much. The $7+ banana split also wrong. Ordered it with two strawberry and one chocolate but they put one strawberry two chocolate. And after looking at it, I way overpaid for a container of soft serve and a banana bc that’s basically what I got. DQ, if you are going to charge $7+ you should at least put enough syrup so I do t feel like all I got was ice cream. The sad thing is that I was the only one in the drive thru. Like I said, staff was nice but if I’ve got to pay 20 something dollars for 2 hamburgers and a dessert please make sure they are made satisfactory.

Food is usually good but occasionally it takes 10+ minutes to get your food.
