If I could give a 0 for the drive thru lady with the piercings I would give a negative 10 for her rude and nasty attitude......the food is great....no issues with that! However, I wouldn't want someone that rude and ugly preparing my meals and I most definitely won't be back because of that....The customer is always right!....prepare and charge for extra service or adjustments like everyone else in the world! It is also not my concern about health conditions....I've worked in Healthcare and people with terminal diseases exhibit more class than she did.....Please screen your employees thoroughly...customer service is foundational
Absolutely rude customer service and the lady shouldn’t work in customer service at all. The menu was terrible to read, when we finally reached the speaker of the drive through, she asked for our order and immediately said hold on a minute I have a walk up… apparently walking up is higher priority. Then 10 minutes later, the remainder of the line has cleared ahead of us, and we still hadn’t heard from the speaker. Drove up and the lady was furious throwing a menu at us. Zero out of 5 stars. Didn’t stay for the food.
They say a picture is worth a 1000 words.. Delicious! It was the best BBQ 40yrs ago in Center Point.... Its still the best in Birmingham. Highly recommend hitting the drive thru at Lakeshore Pkwy
My first time at this place. It's a drive thru only place. Ordered and drove to the window. Had the BBQ Deluxe Sandwich meal (a chopped beef, chicken or pork sandwich (I had the beef), fries, onion rings and Cole slaw). It was fantastic. That was the best Cole slaw I've ever had. It tastes Homemade, as did the onion rings. Everything else was delicious too. The lady at the window was very pleasant and provided good customer service. The wait for the meal after ordering wasn't too long either. Will definitely come here again.
Loved it growing up in Center Point & after many years of going without bc I moved from area I hve found it on Lakeshore! My family & I love their bbq & it is still as delicious as it was years ago! Consistency is so important & I’ll be a fan and customer as long as this location stays open!!!
Lakeshore Costa was Great my favorite BBQ place now .. Meat good juicy tender Baked beans good my friend love's the sauce overall really Good
The barbecue here is delicious French fries are delicious too the extra seizing on top . The big beans are delicious too.I'm going to have to come back and Bye more extra Sauce.
Going in there for some ribs or some pulled pork, can't go wrong

One of the best local bbq joints. Ribs and baked potatoes are consistently very good. Staff is always friendly and pleasant.
