This location does not have enough staff. Sadly the poor employee had to ring up and make orders, this caused a long line to form due to not having enough staffs. This also lead to uncleanliness, the gentleman working touched the register and cash then would immediately jump right to the next order without washing his hands or changing his gloves. This can truly cause someone to get sick, the managers need to step up and hire more staff. I did not eat here and I would not recommend coming to this Cold Stone.
Now I love Cold Stone absolutely love the ice cream BUT the young workers they got now are terrible.. no since of urgency. The line is always long you got 1 back there talking and on his phone nobody is professional anymore.. make it so hard to even support these business because these kids don’t know the first step of customer service..
Every time i have visit they are out of cones and waffle bowls and they refuse to make any no matter what time i go. Its 3 employees working so i do not understand. The employees are not friendly at all. Please incorporate customers services training this will help your business cause i will not support a business that have employees with bad attitudes and refuse to give me what i want and pay my money for. I also hear other customers complaining of the same thing. If you have 3 employees working 1 can work on keeping cones and waffle stocked.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE…WE BUY THE EVERYBODY SIZE APPLE PIE A LA EVERYYYYTIME PLUS THEY HAVE OTHER COOL OPTIONS FOR MY 5YR OLD SON TO CHOOSE FROM…I EVEN BUY TWO WALLFE BOWS JUST TO EAT ? ?❤️
