I have only had good experiences here. The bowls are always top tier, and service is top notch. I wish I could eat one everyday! It is always my go-to snack or meal. Nothing beats them! And I love recommending them to my friends!
I love this place but I'm very disappointed about how my bowl has been served the past couple times. I've been coming here for so many months and now I feel like I'm being short changed on portion sizes. My bowl was not filled to the top as it always is and doesn't have as much fruit in there! Though, the people before me had their bowl filled up to the top! I go here to try to be healthy and also because this place is good. Unsure if your being selective about how much food is being used these days. I used to love the portion sizes but now it seems scaled back.

Love City Bowls! I love being able to curate my bowl however I like it even with the pre-made options. When I go to their Vestavia store, I like being able to get a “kids” bowl version so my daughter can enjoy one on her own without eating all of mommy’s bowl. :)
I can’t say enough positive about City Bowls. From their food trucks to store front locations their customer service always exceeds expectations. The options for topping choices are endless and I have never encountered an issue when requesting a substitution. I look forward to enjoying many more bowls now that we have a closer location.

I AM ADDICTED! If you have not gotten a bowl from here yet, you are missing out! The Island or The Hawaiian are my 2 favorites! I work in a call center and we DoorDash here at least 3 times a week!
Their staff can't handle online and in-person orders. I went in to see about picking up a DoorDash order and just asking about it got me this attitude. Some snotty little 12 year-old looking girl told me I had to wait in line behind 20 other people before being helped. I said again, just asking if they got the order or anything. She repeated again that I had to wait. My customer placed their order, and paid before those other people. Fruitta Bowls in the Summit has a special area for drivers and we don't have to wait 30 minutes. They're also pleasant. Figure it out. I had no trouble unassigning the order, and leaving. You put fruit and granola in a cup for a living; get over yourselves.
