Website and phone worked just fine when I called the number for their hours of operation a woman answered and gave the store hours. I get to the location and the are temporarily closed, how, just severely inconvenient. Church’s really needs to do better.

Slow, slow and more slow and then of the time the chicken isn't hot after waiting in line for an hour or more ........the lines are so long until it's difficult to get in the drive through line safely without impeding regular traffic

The chicken tasted undercooked and was not seasoned good. Staff were very nice. But not worth the money for poor quality. Basically a generic KFC for more money and less quality

The food was hot and fresh I normally only go there when Juanita is there because she makes sure that everything's on point

Ordered on the app for curbside. Upon arrival called as instructed, was told no curbside had to get in line it was 7:25pm. Order was supposed to to be ready by 7:38pm. Waited in for 35min. When I got the mic I told the staff that I have a pick up an my name. From the response it seemed as though my order wasn't ready and they seemed confused I was told to drive. As I arrived at the window I'm waiting on the staff, I proceeded to tell her I'm here to pick up my order...she then asked me if I was door dash...I said no At the mic I told you my name and asked did you need my order number you said....She began to tell me that was supposed to tell her this before coming to the window.....button line this store was not ready for curb side or anything else. I understand short of help, things happen. But they should have been more and letting the customer know their situation. I am highly disappointed!!!!!

The lady at the drive in window was friendly but they gave us a 8 piece instead of 10 piece chicken. When we went back she didn't get an attitude. She just gave us our chicken. Check your food before driving off. That's anywhere. People are over worked and under paid.

Waited almost 45 mins in drive through. Also the lobby was closed 3 hours before closing. They are the slowest ppl ever. Something needs to be done . Very bad business. Corporate needs to do something about this matter . Poor customer service!

Went there @ 10:56am the restaurant door and internet information says they open at 10am, but no one responded to the drive through or at the window. I saw one man in there working and heard a lady scream something, I guess to me at the window; but I never saw her. Which is totally unprofessional. I then when to the front door and it was locked. I understand everyone is having staffing issues, but just communicate that to your guests/customers. A simple sign on the for or speaker in the drive through would have been fine. They should either close the restaurant, stay at home or find another job; if they don’t want to be at work. If your job is servicing the public/community, that is expected of you when you arrive at work. I felt totally disappointed and disrespected. I will not be going back there and I encourage others not to as well, bc they do not value your time and money. And not even you as a customer.

This place need some help.the inside was close I only seen the cashier was talking money and getting her food she didn't look happy at all.i didn't say anything to her I had been in line 49 minutes the cars be so closely behind you you just sit until you move up you still can't get out the line this is a mess.i went back to give them one more chance same thing, this time the food was very dark the grease need to be changed out it was offer. I want be going back there, the holidays have nothing to do with the way the food taste. Maybe if church's pay more money they can have clean grease, and help

Long drive thru lines under staffed took me 1 hour waiting time to order food and to pay and get the food the onsite manager looked worn out and tired long hours take my advice don't go there unless you want to wait for long periods of time
