I'm soo upset and been A die heart fan of Churches for over 20 years. The wings and Breast has now changed in size. The breast real big and wings very little. I was told this is way the Meat will look from this point on?. It doesn't look like Churches Chicken anymore but the taste is still there. It definitely doesn't excite me to come back as I usually come once a week??

Lazy disrespectful and low service employee. Forces all pickups to go through drive through. Door dash customer was not provided the drink she ordered with her food due to employee negligence. Customers are advised to avoid this location.
I am sorry, but this location is not your best location to go. I live in this area but I choose other locations to frequent. First of, please check your bags before you leave the window. They don't make sure you have napkins, very important to me. Secondly, there are some workers that need to go on and quit, because they are very rude... Lastly, but most of ALL, Please pay attention to the glass at the window! It's disgusting! That is the least they can do, keep the windows CLEAN. Make me feel like the inside is clean. I am already risking eating out these days. People don't CARE anymore about how and what they serve you!
Me and my wife went to get some food for our family. They took our order and advised us it would be at least 12 minutes on chicken, because it was cooking. We waited 30 minutes. Then we we got to the window she informed us that they didn't have the chicken for our order. Not only that, after not having enough for our order being out of everything, ( we went for the family meal, they had no Mac, no corn, no tea), they asked about a 10 piece but they were going to have to charge us extra for the biscuits. We drove off. Pretty much all of our experiences here are the same. The worker was very dismissive and nonchalant. The wait times are ridiculous. Don't check your food at your own peril. If you have a choice, especially after eight pm, GO ELSEWHERE!!!
If there's a man at the window ask for spoon or fork males at window rarely give u any. If I buy a side other than fry's I'm going to need those condiments

Just awful! Had to wait on food then get my food, when my order was wrong I had to wait again for them to fix it! On my 30 min lunch! Never eating here again! This happens every time!
It was a long line and it took some time to get my food. My order was wrong too.
The customer service was fast and excellent. I think the young Lady said her name was Gina.
