Poor customer service, the workers did not bring us our pizza and didn’t even give us plates to eat with. We ate with napkins. We tried using the free 500 tickets code from the app and we were told it doesn’t work. The workers obviously didn’t want to be there. The animatronic show was in poor condition. But points for good pizza and fun games

Had a great time for my granddaughters 2nd birthday. The staff was very friendly and everything was setup as planned. Pizza was brought to the table hot and fresh without any delay. So many games for any age to play. The reasons I'm taking 1 star away is that the speakers are very loud and with all the people and games on, the temperature inside could be cooler. Other than that I don't see a reason why I wouldn't come back for another party in the future.
It was an awesome experience with tons of fun! I definitely would recommend this place for anyone, and everyone. You want to have a party here its a great idea for that, and a great place for it to. Or even if you just want a day away from the house, and people, and you just want to spend some quality time with your kid/kids its perfect for that.
One star because my kids had a great time playing the games.The pizza wasn’t cut properly, I had to cut it with a plastic knife to get the slices to come apart. Customer service is a joke, employees acted as I was wasting their time when my kids went to change their tickets for prizes.Another issue is they stamped our arms before coming in for the “Kids Check”. No one seemed to care that I was walking out of the building with my kids when we were finished. I’m sure glad no other person was walking out with my kids since they failed to check.I’m glad my kids enjoyed the games but for $80 I’ll take them elsewhere.
My grandsons party was scheduled for 3pm and when we got there the tables were not covered, no decorations. We did not get our food until 4:15 and the party next to us invaded our area and we had to move to the booths then they just took over half of the previous table. On top of this, there were people close by smoking pot and drinking alcohol. After we moved they even started crowding our isle next to the booths. I will be calling to receive a refund. This was a terrible experience and then the staff allowing Marijuana in the facility with children is unacceptable
I am only giving this a 3 because my daughter had so much fun on her first visit and the cleanliness of the area. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service experience when we first got there from Janyl. She was very rude and acted like she didn’t like her job, but when a coworker walked up she was smiling and laughing but then turned around with a rude attitude to us. She was not very helpful. I downloaded the app before going and when I asked about the 500 ticket rewards she told me that it didn’t work anymore. I then asked another employee about it and she assured me it did work. I guess Janyl didn’t want to take the time she would have to spend with her customer to spend the extra tickets. Upon leaving we were not even child checked!! This is a huge safety concern in my opinion. The attitude of your front end workers should be positive if you don’t want to wait on customers then you need to be in the back.

The staff did a fabulous job the day we had my grandsons birthday party. The lady assigned to our table was spectacular. She was knowledgeable about our birthday package and ran things very well. The food was good and best of all my four year old grandson had a blast. They do it big for the birthday child!!!! I would definitely recommend having your child’s party at Chuck E. Cheese!!!
I would have giving the location a one star but, Ms Cat went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. She was working the register, check in, parties and kitchen while continuing to check on customers to make sure they were happy. Without her this location would be a dumpster fire! I hope someone recognizes what they have in this employee. I saw others in uniform as they did nothing. They stood by and watched her doing everything. They were all young and Ms Cat didn't let her age slow her down. She is the only reason we would come back. I made sure to ask her name before we left and I hope your company management recognizes what a gem they have in her and makes sure she gets proper recognition.
