Don't spend money here unless you order thru the app I got a 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak and theirs a price discrepancy as I was charged more at the physical location and when I went to the app as if I was going to order that same item price was slightly less. Bethany has a bad attitude and the other staff all seemed inpatient with us paying chipoltians don't charge people what you want I can't believe them times are already hard I simply got a bowl 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak and was charged for extra steak but only got a small portion which is suppose to be half

Customer service training is a desperate need at this location. While, the young lady that started the preparation was very pleasant, the next one that finished the order was not at all. Being rude to customers is never OK.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We found a ROACH by the food BEHIND THE CLEAR GALSS!!!! It was on top of the cups used for extra sauce. When we asked for a refund it took another hour and there was clearly no manager on site. One of the workers had to call the manager over the phone to figure out how to give a refund. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER PLEASE AVOID!!!
I've been to a lot of Chipotle's and the food is always very high quality. But I could not even finish my burrito bowl here, I literally had to throw it away. The beans were crunchy and the guac was coagulated. Also, the pico was not done the way it is supposed to. If you're in the area just go to the one in Vestavia.
I use to love going here but multiple times now we’ve ordered online for pick up and have had an absolutely terrible experience. If your not face to face they cannot be trusted to make your order correct. Last time I ordered a pollo asado quesadilla and it was missing a third of the quesadilla and had no meat. Just part of a tortilla and some cheese. Chipotle support makes it impossible to contact the store. They offer you a free meal through the support chat bot and that’s it. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Came in tonight at 8pm, the restaurant is out of half of the side items, no ice for drinks in ice machine, place is a mess, trash on tables and beverage dispensers. The workers are very friendly but management is severely lacking. Still purchased food, but will choose another location next time we choose to eat Chipotle.
The food was good, but the service was less than stellar. The cashier was not friendly to the point of being rude.
Very terrible customer service at this Chipotle, we drove through and decided to stop for lunch. They were not very welcoming and seemed annoyed we were dining in.
We ordered tonight for a 8:50 pick up two burritos. Both was mostly all rice and mine was missing ingredients I ordered. The wrap was busted open and I basically had a wad of rice and some of my ingredients. All in all it was just bad. I would have been better off going to Taco Bell.
Fa sho ! It is what it is , can’t go wrong ! The adobo chicken ? is legit ! Maybe they should add shrimp to the menu fam ! Good fast location tho
