My food was wrong and cold!
I would give it a zero but I can’t today I came in to do an order for my family I purchased a burrito and after a couple of bites I found a piece of plastic in my burrito. This is in acceptable service and a safety hazard. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in this.
I had an unfortunate and awful experience here today. I ordered online for a pick up to be ready at 1:20 PM. At 1:45 the order was still not ready and I inquired if I was standing in the right place or if it was DoorDash orders only. The woman was super rude but she looked up my order and said that it would be ready in a few minutes. Another gentleman was also waiting for a very long time and we watched everyone go through the line and get their food before us. We made a comment to each other that it would’ve been faster to go through the line than to do a pick up order. The rude woman overheard us and started yelling that we could go into the line if that’s what we wanted to do and I let her know I had already been charged for my food. She told me I can still go through the line so that’s what I did to have my food made. Someone was very nice and trying to help get my food made through the regular line and a young guy came up to me telling me that my food was already made and I needed to go back to the pick up line. I went back to the pick up line and there was no one there to help and I waited there for another 10 minutes. So I went back into the line for a second time and now my order is over 30 minutes delayed and I have just been sitting in this restaurant watching everyone leave with their lunch. The nice woman in the main line made my order and as I was leaving the young guy approached me again telling me that I had forced him to waste food because I had it prepared for me in the line. I really cannot believe the horrible service here and I don’t know the last time I was yelled at by someone in a restaurant let alone to then have a very young shift leader come to me and try to give me a talking to as I’m just trying to leave. This is a mile from my house but I’m literally never going in there again.
This location is consistently disappointing. Inaccurate pickup times for mobile orders. Up to 45 minutes late. They are constantly out of ingredients. What you do receive will be cold food at terrible proportions. I was just handed a $10 bowl of mostly rice and sour cream. Inedible. This seems to be a management problem because the staff is always friendly and helpful, even apologetic. I have reached my limit with this location and will never ever EVER return.
They were moving to fast, rice wasn't cooked, chicken burnt and guacamole was salty. Was not a good experience at all. Service likes this makes me want to cook at home more. I normally love Chipotle smh.
3/6 8:00 PM — Look here, another disappointing visit to this location. I arrived, looking to order a burrito bowl, and an employee who I assume was on his break decided to make his bowl while the other employee made mine. I had to wait patiently until the employee made his bowl so I can get mine prepared. I walk up to the utensil station and noticed the area was filthy. I asked the cashier for extra plastic ware, she just looked at me with a blank face and the employee behind her pointed me into the direction where the plastic ware is. I’m assuming this is a common experience at this location. This is my second time at this location within the last 3 years and it was just as lackluster as my first time. I assumed last time it was just a bad day. But I presume this is a common thing. I’m surprised this location is still open.
Manager is rude and does not care about maintaining chipotle. Did not have much food cooked or prepared 30 minutes before closing, most likely stopped cooking at 9pm. Way too early to stopped even for chips. Food are way cold, employees are slow and done with the day. Manager has an attitude to point that I wanted to use cash but instead use my card so I can get out of here quickly. I have worked for Chipotle for about two years. Never in my experience, we allow this to happen from food, the timing, and the attitude. Do not go here.
This location may be one of the circles of hell. Every time I go in there I have to wait an eternity for my food order. The portion sizes are unbelievably small; tonight my husband's burrito was about the size of a dumpling. The only explanation for the laughable portion sizes is that apparently very little food actually makes it into people's orders. There is so much random food all over every surface that it looks like a food fight in progress. It is beyond comprehension how this place has a health score rating in the double digits. And on top of that, they're mean.
Every time I try to get food here it’s an issue. I have not been able to actually eat here. Today I ordered online and when I got to the store there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to short staff. I understand the struggle of short staffing but my order should not have been accepted. As a student with two jobs, it’s annoying that now I have to wait for my refund to process while also having another place to eat tonight. Would not recommend this location if you’re in the mood to receive your meal.
I hate this chipotle it is the worst in the bham area NEVER DOOR DASH from them they will grtyout order wrong ! And their Steak is always OVER COOKED it just NEVER tastes good at allll I paid 28$ for this ? EXTRA STEAK WHERE ?
