Lately I’ve been going to this location and I’ve had a bad experience each time. My fries were stale like they’ve been sitting out, the nuggets we’re hard, I ordered a brownie and got a cookie that wasn’t of my liking, I ordered two types of sauce & got three random ones. These small things make a difference in my experience. Likely to not visit again.

WHOA!!! The first Chick-fil-A experience where the drive-thru was slow and the window people did not say "hi, thank you or it's my pleasure". The young lady who took my order in line was very pleasant though. Come on Roebuck, pick it up!!!!
This is the WORSE chic fil A!! From the traffic flow to the customer service and food! They have 100 workers and the lines still move slow! This causes stand still traffic in the main intersection of the Parkway! The outside cashiers do not pay attention to your order and no receipts are given to check your order until you get to the window, check your food and it's wrong! How can you get a salad wrong 3 days in a row!! Their way of trying to apologize is by giving you a free card for their dry and over priced chicken sandwiches! That's played out chic fil A! I would not recommend this chic fil A at all
Awful! Unfriendly. Very noticeable difference between how customers are treated and the appearance of the restaurant compared to the 280 location. Team member that was rude and appeared to not want to be at work name was Chelsea.
Really nice employee at the window. Fresh and hot food and a great 8cy cold drink on a hot day!
Chick FIL A here and Trussville make huge efforts to make a bad situation better with aggressive drive through services. Peach shake is a delight even at premium price.
Always love Chick-fil-A and ordering on the app. Excellent, friendly customer service at the location. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese combo. The sandwich was good but the fries were cold and hard. Not what I was hoping for. Other than that, I love Chick-fil-A
Sat morning June 18. Disappointed in service. Slow service. Guy in line in front of us walked out because of the long wait. Trash bin inop. Dinning area not clean. Seemed to be plenty of employees working but not effectively.
Such pleasant staff. Too bad the CFA head honcho is a bigot. Food is always warm and am greeted with a pleasant smile.
Still number 1 in the Game! As usual service was fast, timely, curtious! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Thanks Chick-fil-A
