Only Chickfila I’ve been to where the worker’s attitudes absolutely suck.
As I waited for my receipt the cashier rudely asked me what I was waiting for and told me to move over to the side. How about you give me a receipt please. She spent about half her time on the phone as she was serving everyone food making us all wait longer.
The card reader was blank when I bought breakfast this morning. It made the transaction difficult. While handling the credit card payment, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and talked down to me because I wasn’t following the invisible prompts??? Actually dogged me out in front of another customer. Terrible customer service.
Both rude, why have them working in an environment with such large volume of customers. Both below standards. Yes fast service and bad customer service..
Best place to get food while at the airport. Friendly customer service and the food was delicious.
They're supposed to close at 7pm, but I got in line at 6:35 and less than 5mins later they turned off the lights and said they weren't serving food anymore. I think it's less likely that they ran out of food, and more likely they were lazy and wanted to close early.
RUDE! This is by far the rudest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too.
