We stopped here on our way to Auburn and I am not sure if we looked as badly as we have felt with the stress of everything lately, or if it was the gift from God that there’s truly good people in the world still. Zack took our order and because we were there before they served lunch, he said 15 minutes before they could cook it and we were fine with that, so as we waited for our lunch, it was less than 25-30 minutes and really didn’t seem long before our food was brought to our table. While we were eating the Manager Joe came over and apologized for our “wait “ time. We said no problem, we would have waited longer if we had too because we all love Chick-fil-A. He brought us two gift cards and then Zack brought us a bag of cookies apologizing for our “wait”. My husband and I were so taken back by such a kind gesture because no one has ever been so kind to us, that it brought us both to tears. As we were leaving we wanted to thank Joe and Zack once again for such hospitality, Joe could tell we were having a rough day and we told him about our family dog who was recently bit by a rattlesnake. Joe ask if he could step outside to pray with us, once again with tears in our eyes, the most beautiful prayer, it was such a sign from Jesus that he is always blessing our lives. Thank you ChicfilA for hiring the best and God’s blessings to you ,Joe, and Zack ?
Everyone was super friendly. One employee even went and got us toilet paper when she came out of a stall and told us there wasn’t any more - she was probably on break! What a sweetheart. It hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, though- it smelled pretty bad.The playground is also nice and big - perfect for getting the kids a little exercise.
I was running late the other day but needed to pick up food, the kids in the back of my minivan were chanting for chick-fil-a. I pulled in and instantly regretted it! The drive through line was all the way out to the road( we’re talking a taco bell 2 hour kind of line) I texted my lunch date that we were definitely going to be late. I would guess at least 40+ cars in the line and EVERY. SINGLE. PARKING. SPOT. FULL! Even the manager was outside directing traffic. I looked at the clock as I normally do just to see how long it was going to take. I’m not exaggerating when I say it took 7 minutes from pulling into the parking lot to pulling out onto the road with my order! ??? Y’all they apologized for the “wait”. 7 minutes for a drive through is realistic even fantastic for any other drive through, for that many cars is freaking miraculous! And our order was correct! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Chick-fil-A trussville!
Chick-fil-A is still on top. Long lines yet it is expected. The friendly service makes people come back. I should know I use to work for the company. Chick-fil-A focus on Humanity and with that comes great service no matter what your job pay is at Chick-fil-A your a human being and it is and will always be a pleasure serving humans. ?
Not My Pleasure!I love the Chick-fil-A One App, and use it when ordering for work and personally. However, I recently ordered a Diet Frosted Lemonade with strawberry. There is no option to add strawberry on the app, so I noted in the remarks. The Frosted Lemonade was brought to my car without the strawberry. The employee advised I could only order with strawberry in the drive-through or in the store, since there was an extra cost. There was no apology and no offer to make me the drink that I actually wanted as long as I paid the extra charge. I have ordered the “special” frosted lemonade at Chick-fil-As across the country with no issue. I recommend skipping the long lines and heading to Guthrie’s and purchasing your chicken from a company that originated in Haleyville, Alabama!
I went to this location today 4/27/22 with my baby in hand and as soon as I walked in the door, an employee asked if they could bring a highchair to my table. Then when I was done paying, the cashier noticed my hands were full and said she would carry my receipt and number to my table for me. These may seem the small, ordinary gestures, but to a new momma who is trying to get used to having a baby in tow, these acts of kindness are so helpful and make life much easier. Thank you for training your employees to be simply kind human beings! ?
Excellent! Chick Fil A is my number 1 choice for a quick meal!
I literally looked at the promotion, pointed at it, and ordered it. It was the sandwich, Mac n cheese, and drink. Then I said add a fry. They served me a sandwich, two orders of fries, and drink. The picture says meal as shown. It shows the mac n cheese with the combo. I only went in to try the Mac n cheese for the first time. The manager would not honor the promotion pictured. The food was cold and low quality but I didn’t want to continue to have a bad experience so I left. The service here is like going to McDonald’s.
My kids love their food. I rarely encounter issues and they have a great team of people working. When something is wrong, they fix the problem fast. Awesome!
Love it ? I’m hooked on salad and the deluxe chicken sandwich
