Sometimes it’s okay to give a five rating. I haven’t been to Carrabba’s in a while, but every time I go I get that five star service. The food always looks like it came out of a luxury cuisine magazine. Literally, I took these photos with no filters. Just look below. Hiawatha was my server and she did a great job. Always asking the right things. She gets five ?? ?? ?? ?? ??. Look below for pro’s and con’s.Pros:Serve meals accordinglyPlates are served hot and readyFresh tasting foodServers is outstandingGreat beverage choicesFriendly environmentPrices are reasonableSeating for tables vary in minutes based on size of groupAllowed to watch chefs and culinary prepare meals. Great place! Server was very helpful and nice!

The food was great along with the service. We went around dinner time

The food and atmosphere were good, not great but good. I've had Italian food from mom & pop restaurants in NY, Chicago, and between, which were great. I even like Olive Garden, who's food I would have to say, edges this place out by a nose. That's a small pun because the wait staff should remove their nose ring while serving food and representing the establishment. I don't offer this as a criticism of my waiter but as a point for management to consider. I don't have anything against how someone wants to decorate their face but it's unprofessional to work as a food server and have a big piece of metal protruding from their nostrils. It's a bit distracting to have my attention drawn to the nose of my waiter when preparing to eat. I know wait staff is hard to come by these days but you still have to have standards. I will compliment his service. His attentiveness to our table, was good, so I have no complaints there, which is the most important thing, I didn't penalized the guy, I did leave him a good tip.Overall it's a good place to eat with good food and atmosphere.

First time eating here on Saturday. Let me first say that Carrabba's has the best server I've ever seen. I came for a Birthday dinner with my aunt & Robert made it a very enjoyable experience for my whole family. He had us all laughing and enjoying the dinner. The way he worked the room and communicated was superb. 5 stars to Robert.Restaurant had a nice vibe to it.Now the service is part of the experience, the food is the other part. Everything was great. I did the Classic Combination Appetizer, Veal Marsala, & also tried the chicken, and the shrimp and scallop pasta.Literally was a surprising experience where everything was great. I normally don't marvel over cheese sticks because they're cheese sticks but these cheese sticks were elevated to another level. I also never liked calamari until Saturday. It's always tough and chewy but the calamari on that appetizer and that sauce to dip them in was heavenly. Salad was amazing especially the Caesar salad. My Veal marasala was amazing. The chicken on this pasta dish was so good. No complaints about anything. Even the drinks. Blackberry & Peace Sangria were really good. Great place to eat out with the family or date nice.I and my family will be back.

Had the "Johnny Trio".... so was delicious.Had a side appetizer of calamari! So good!

The food was good. The waitress was attentive and so sweet.HOWEVER- the hostess was useless. We tried to get a table at 4:30 in the afternoon for 8 people and it was like we had asked for them to fly us to Mars. We were *LITERALLY* the only people in the restaurant aside from two people at the bar. When we asked what was taking so long she said “oh they’re getting your bread ready.” I guess she expected us to eat it right there in the foyer of the restaurant.Aside from the bumpy start, the dinner was great. Ask for the manager before you even talk to the hostess and save yourself some time.

We had a great experience and our waitress was excellent. The food was great and the atmosphere wonderful. The kids enjoyed their Mac n cheese, which was basic, and I my burrata caprese. They were busy but that didn’t impact the service. Overall, I’d go again!

Food was great!!! We had the best waitress with the best personality. I can't remember her name but she is from Louisiana. She had a large group of about 20 people she was dealing with and still managed to provide service with a smile.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday last night at Carrabba's. The food was absolutely fantastic, but the service was not great. Our server couldn't remember who ordered what or who drank what and we specifically had to ask for drink refills she did not just automatically refill them which, as a former server, I was very impressed by. One of the most important rules of serving is keep your customers drinks filled. Also, our salads and soups came out with our entrees. Another rule of serving... always serve the appetizer (including soups and salads) before the entrees are served. I think this server needs a little more training.
