Sat down order was taken. Then we sat there close to an hour no food. While others who came after us. Not only got their food but paid their bill. Server was zero help. Said the manager will look into it. Nothing. No apologies nothing. Got up and left.

The service is excellent!!! I haven't found anything on the menu to appetizing. One thing I got was pretty good Hot, lemon pepper boneless wings..
It’s either really good or really bad. Waitress are either checking on you and taking good care of you or others never give you a refill, mess your order up, but you can’t get it fixed because the next time you see them is when they bring you a check, when they ask you if you want a box because you haven’t touched your food you tell them the issue, and they don’t try to correct it. So you end up paying for it and have to go somewhere else to eat.
We frequent this bww. We always sit at the bar. The bartenders are always great and efficient. Every time we come, table seating is on a wait. They have bogo wings on Tuesday and bogo boneless on Thursdays. Drinks are always on point. This is probable the best BWW I've ever been to.
If you’ve never tried it, ask your server to have your wings tossed in multiple sauces! You can get creative, but my go-to is Mango-habanero mixed with Honey BBQ.
We were there an hour before we got any food. It was a Saturday, but half of the tables were empty. I want to say maybe they’re understaffed, but more than once I saw a group of employees just kind of hanging out. The food was good but the wait was a straight up embarrassment.
Kitchen is often backed up so meals take a while to arrive; but waiters/waitresses are so kind and attentive and food is so perfect that it is worth the wait.
Great service excellent food and drinks the legendary long Island ice tea is a must have so delicious
This place has gone very downhill. I just went here and walked up to the host to get a table and the host said absolutely nothing to me. I asked how long is the wait and she told me so i got my name and number put in and after that the host continued to just stand there and not say anything to me. I waited a a few more seconds and just walked away, ive never seen more rude people at a restaurant. Very disappointed.
The restaurant is extremely understaffed. We had to wait 20 min for a table when its obviously empty. There’s trash on the floor and table not busted for awhile. I don’t see a manager running the business. Very poor customer service.
