I haven’t been to this location since starting college, and I was absolutely amazed by the service. My girlfriend and I decided to have lunch there, and right away we were met with the most wonderful staff. Our server Jamar was great and his recommendations were on point. He even recommended some off menu caramel to go with our appetizer for just a perfect experience.

Got wings and they tasted rotten … paid almost 40 bucks and have to throw it away in the trashcan … fries was good
No wait. Server was nice. Drinks took a bit and food was wrong. Wings were small unfortunately. Potato wedges were good.
Tonight I brought my 5 kids out to have a nice outing. It was busy per usual but not organized. We never got any refills until we were leaving, she didn't come check on us not one time, I couldn't even get a alcohol beverage. We had to ask for napkins and when she did bring them it was like maybe 4 for 6 people. I made a complaint to the manager and he look like I was singing another sad live song, but he took care of the matter by subtracting $10 off. I don't think I would go back and just wasn't the experience I expected!
I'm very very picky with my wings. They have to be fried a certain way.. if they aren't.. your restaurant is dead to me!!I went to buffalo wild wings begrudgingly a few weeks back with the wife for lunch.. we happened to have a really GREAT, EXCELLENT server D.J.. he had the wings EXACTLY like I like them.. which is very very rare. Of course I left a great tip, fast forward to today, we returned to B.W.Ws for lunch again.. I looked for DJ and didn't see him.. my heart raced, I knew this young lady serving us would not get my wings right and I would have to cross buffalo wild wings off my list of restaurants... I happened to look up and who did I see.. yup DJ.. he got with our waitress hooked us up and made our experience an excellent experience!! He works Sunday afternoons and I think Thursdays afternoons that I know of.. if you like your wings fried right.. asked for DJ @ buffalo wild wings Hoover.. if he's not working, I'm walking out!!!Thanks DJ!! Need to give that man a raise and make him a manager or something.. it's hard to find a restaurant that fries wings the way you like them everytime.
I used to have this at 5 stars, but this time was BADit took soooo long to get our food, and once we got it we had to wait some more for silverware and napkins. The appetizer wasnt correct so they said they would get us the right one - we didnt get it until the end of our meal. To top it off one of the dips wasnt right, but we decided not to complicate things further..I asked for celery and they never brought it. We overheard another waiter say to another table they were out, and I was never informed. We asked every time but to no avail.To top it all off, they added the charge for celery and the wrong appetizer upcharge. $1.40 isnt enough to point out or anything (not worth waiting another half hour) but it definitely was a funny and ridiculous conclusion for the night.
Wings were good but service could be better
After 2:20 minutes wait at Dave and Busters and no food. We finally got food at Buffalo Wild Wings with good service. And we enjoyed the Birmingham Stallion 22 New Orleans 13. The food was good we all had wings. The waiter was kind there was no wait. We where seated and the service was good. I've been here before it has always been a good experience. No pictures sorry may be next time.
Good service but if you are getting a drink with your To Go order, order online. They charge you an extra dollar in store because they only have one size cup.
Wait time was too long Friday night. Wings barely hot and i had to ask where my order was even though i had called it in almost an hr ahead of time.
