I used to go to this ice cream shop all the time when I was a kid. I went back for the first time in years and I was pleased to see that nothing had changed. The location that I used to go to is not there anymore sadly, but the character here was the same. The ice cream was great, and the good humor of the guy who helped me (I’m sorry I can’t remember if your name was Serge or Sergei) made my day just that much better. 5 stars

I had a very good experience at this location! A worker named Wendy was very kind and made good conversation when I was trying to pick one of the many flavors of ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and I had great costumer service with Wendy! Will be returning soon.
this place was great! I got an ice cream cake for my birthday from here and it was AMAZING. The worker there (I think her name was Wendy!) was super helpful in helping me pick the right flavor combinations. 10/10 would come again! The ice cream is to die for!
Pulled up the the window to the most joyous girls Bella and Charley. love a cute blonde brunette duo. they both served me the most clean double malt large chocolate shake for me and my husband. I just had to tip $20 to each of them :) My new favorite milkshake spot !
I love Bruster’s ice cream! Especially the great crew working to make it an easy experience! Last time went, Audrey, Micah, and Matthew were on shift and they helped me with any questions I had and got my order out quickly:)
This place has the BEST ICE CREAM EVER! Wendy, the sweet girl who was working satisfied all our ice cream cravings and was awesome at helping me decide which flavors to get! Will definitely be back:)
I was expecting better quality ice cream. It tastes very basic like Coldstone.
