Wonderful Venue with some of the friendliest most helpful event staff I have witnessed. I saw Maverick City Music and Kirk Franklin on tour for an eventful 5 hour show! This venue has vastly improved since the renovation.

We had a lot of fun watching the USFL game there last weekend. The suites area is nice and the regular stands are not too shabby either. The staff are all very nice and helpful. It was my first time visiting Birmingham and I truly enjoyed the trip. I just kinda wished that there's an escalator going up to the stands from the South Gate entrance coz my mom hard a hard time walking up the ramp.

Went to see the Fluffy comedy show. Was a good show but the event parking outside refused to allow Handicap to park in the handicap stalls stated those are all reserved for people who pay 30.00 in advance instead of 20.00 coming in to park. We showed my placard but it did not matter the attendant said. I had to be on my feet a lot and while I knew I would hurt badly, so that did not help. No amount of reasoning with the parking attendant would change things. I do not know if the BJCC is afiliated with event parking but that seemed to be where people were going to park and walk over to the show. The show was great, we got stopped at the door do to a hand bag with a med kit in it that my partner had for me, but when we said that they waved us threw. Over all it was a good place and good staff. I as I said do not know if event parking is a proper BJCC affiliate but it did sour part of my experience. Otherwise it was a good show. Note: Picture taken when the performer in question stated that pictures are allowed to be taken.

What a great night and one awesome show by Jeff Dunham.

Very clean and spacious. Employees were helpful and plentiful. I had been here multiple times in my life and I've always had a good experience but the complex has gotten a lot better in the past few years. It's been updated and redesigned and added to. Multiple uses at the same time for different areas. The only downside is the drinks and food are very limited but very, very expensive.

This place is amazing! I've visited here many times for concerts and performances. There are many people here at one time, but it's an organized place with friendly workers.

Bought tickets for club level seating before the venue was redone. And honestly so disappointed. Tickets were not cheap and they are high up. I thought I was buying on lower level since they were number 130. It has since changed to 230. The seats are also so close together you have no leg room (and I’m 5’4’’). Besides having a short bathroom and drink line, don’t do it. I would have much rather paid for good seats for a concert I’ve been waiting almost a year to see.

Legacy arena is very improved. I've sat in the regular seats for a concert. As well as club level. The atrium is much like bridegestone arena in Nashville. But it's much smaller. Glad it's back open.

Went to the World of Wheels. We had a great time. I can't wait until next year. THANKS!

We were there for the World of Wheels and it was excellent as usual, everyone had a fabulous time.
