The location was very busy and didn't seem to have enough waitresses/waiters. Yet, even though they appeared to be short handed for lunch time we still had a great experience and didn't have to wait tooo long. Good food.
Today , ,,,, The poorly managed bar only had one service bar Tender Sooo the poor bar patrons (me trying to pay and meet my sushi dinner date on time ) HAD NO SERVICE! It is normally excellent service at this bar???????????????YET TODAY The manager was the issue for poorly scheduling the normally great staff . A decent manager acts like the owner and always takes up the slack ANYWHERE, ANYTIME. That is just an unwritten and humble way to grow the business. SOME ARE TOO SPECIAL TO ACTUALLY HELP AND PREFER ACTING LIKE THE boss (slacker)..of servants.... I accidentally hit a thumbs down on atmosphere and this invisible manager appears? ( repeating lots of nonsense she contrived and blaming evryone but herself?)Actually walked out the door.......? and banished me for having an opinion in LIBERTY PARK .USA!!!!!!!!!? i sure wish the real Billys was back bUTT I can easily find somewhere that the CUSTOMERs opinion MATTERS!! WHY EVEN ASK? And info yall solicited on the receipt should be considered w a grain of salt since only THE apparent bosses even saw it. Now I just am acting like an AMERICAN and dont expect 5star management at the GOAT...Perhaps one day the manager can make as much money as a decent Bar tender and not be jealous?
Frequent flyer of Billy’s. Nico is one of the best bartenders you’ll find. Food is great, atmosphere is normally always good; however last night seemed like the manager was creating chaos and throwing grenades to watch them explode. Somewhat entertaining I guess. Nico is worth the trip reguardless of who’s managing the floor.
We went Wednesday evening, awesome band, horrible bartenders. They seemed confused but super sweet and not knowledgeable at all. We usually have niko and only came for the band, chicken sandwich and her, we love her service!But they said she wasn't there. The outside patio was really nice too!
I love this place! The menu is great! Between Nicolette, Harrison, and Angela, we always get exceptional service!! Did I mention that we love Nico??
So apparently when the system goes down for food ordering this place shuts down. 30 minutes for the system to reboot was being told to customers from the time we got there till the time we left which was 30 minutes.I asked why couldn't they write tickets but apparently people that work there can't write legible enough nor read hand written tickets. I watched $1000's of dollars walk right out of the doors of that business.Get it together Billy's. If you plan on keeping your doors open.
Every time we order from here, our order is incorrect. If I wanted a surprise order, I would call and tell them to just put something in the box. If I take the time to order something specific off the menu, it’s probably because that’s what I would like. I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t order and didn’t want.
Absolute ignorant service. I ordered a margarita with protein nachoes adding chicken to seat on the patio while I wait for my brother to arrive, and was served almost 30 minutes later today, gross
Amazing food! Amazing bartenders! I loved her personality, socks, attention to everyone there and service. The other bartender looked like a cute skinny jlo but seemed a little drunk or high but she was good.The manager talked way too much and too loud, my husband and I would've stayed longer but we didn't want to keep listening to her story about her life and the owners begging her to come back while we ate.Food was the best we've had in years and we plan to return when she's NOT there since she also told us mon and tue she's not there, she's at the hotel she's staying in (TMI)
Big projection TVs, fun atmosphere. Really cool outdoor bar seating.
