One of many restaurants I visited during my stay in Birmingham. Arby's is always a favorite of mine and this visit was not a disappointment. The food was hot, fresh, and fash. The manager was super outgoing and friendly! The location was in the heart of Everything. Loved it!

The service was good. The staff were polite and friendly. The food was fresh, condiments were offered and napkins were provided. Amazing!!
I’m all about being fair and understanding when it comes to fast-food service because I know it’s not the most fun job to be working, but this was awful. We waited for 15 minutes in drive-thru for our order to be taken (we were the only car there) then we were greeted by the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at the window. After asking for sauce we were told “it’s in the bag.” Spoiler alert, it was not in the bag. Neither was the correct order! Bad food, even worse service.
Went to the drive thru in Qxford, ordered two turkey gyros. Got home my husband had some hair in his first bite. I lost my appetite, gave him the other sandwich. It was hairless.
This is the closest location to me and I love Arby's. Went because my kid asked for it and I wanted to order one of the new lemonades and I requested "easy" ice. I was told that they couldn't do it because of the recipe. This sucked but whatever, I just know not to order lemonades from them.
It's been a long time since I've been to an Arby's I got the five piece chicken tenders with curly fries it was pretty good they need to keep the breakfast menu up till 11am in my opinion but who am I to say it was very clean and the peach lemonade was hitting.
Horrible service. This one star is beyond generous. We got laughed at and they weren’t even trying to be discreet? I wouldn’t mind if they were just flustered because they were so busy but we were their only customers, they didn’t even have drive through customers. We all got rudely excused from the tables so they could clean it. I don’t mind moving for them to clean it, it was the way they went about telling us. I’m not picky but im never coming back to this location again.
I asked for a chocolate shake.Said make sure it chocolate twice. And it was a Jomocha shake. I hate coffee . Very disappointed. Ordered cornbeef sliders . Meat was cold on the sandwiches Bun was hard. Cheese was not melted. 4 sandwiches all were the same. Horrible carryout experience
My first time writing a one star review. Drive thru was very slow and the lady we spoke with at the order screen and window was astoundingly rude. She kept cutting off our order and became very short tempered when she couldn't hear us ordering. No efforts were made to make the experience better, only more and more hostile behavior. When we pulled to the window she didn't greet us at all and only told us our total and began handing out our items with no communication and dropped some stuff in the road and then closed the window immediately without even acknowledging or apologizing. When she handed us our milkshake it had a mess all over the side of it as well as on her hands and did not offer to clean it even after we'd mentioned it. Overall very poor customer service. I can understand if it was in response to customers being a pain, or even being understaffed , but this merely boiled down to her being unwilling to perform the basic duties of her job. I didn't catch the employees name, but she had dark braided hair with red parts in it.
