The waitress was nice, the bartender had a bad attitude and the food was ill prepped. Need some serious managent and customer care changes. Plus a new chef. Or fresher food. Mine was stale.

Was here before and rated a bad experience, but can back and Kim who I had before was exceptional so I’m changing my rating. She is great at her job, and this location is home to me and she made me feel at home. Great Service!

The new kitchen manager shonda was super nice and kind! She made extra efforts and measures to make sure my moms food was delicious for her birthday! Major improvement form the last time I came love the new kitchen manager!!!! Will be back again

The food was Really good. But they had more host.ess than waitresses. It's crazy like all they need to do is tell the hostess to come serve some food. I been waiting here for my check for a minute now. The service is horrible!! I'm literally just waiting here for my check. Had a couple drinks should I be loud. Management seems to be ran by the staff. I feel completely ignored. Honestly 100% completely ignored. I guess I'm gonna have to get out of my seat to request my bill cause my waitresses has not been by to check on me
Very satisfied also seems as they were very much up to code with cov19 policies. Clean along with staff were wearing masks ? and using pre-packaged silverware. We also requested where we would like to be seated and they did just that. I recommend Applebee's ? it was great.
Not sure if it's supply chain issues, but they were out of two of the things we wanted to order.Staff was friendly, but service was a little slow. I think they were understaffed, because there were a number of empty tables, but a wait to be seated. In fairness, it was surprisingly busy for a Friday afternoon.All in all, a pleasant enough experience. If go back...
Sitting here at Applebee's ? ? N 5Points WEST....waitin 2 finish my pick up. I'm an UberEats Driver I'm about 2 have an anxiety attack my nerves R horrible right about now. "Ugggh" At this very moment of me writing this my picture is of my 2 orders 4 my customers &d I'm literally waiting on drinks.......DRINKS !! I ordered a plant based burger and was served meat… I took it back for it to be fixed and I thought they did but in reality they flipped my burger over. Got food poisoning love that. Not to mention the 45 minute wait (don’t do car-side cause they’ll make you come in regardless)
