Enjoyable, French music, a nice sandwich cook, an interesting selection of sandwiches, and van Holten's hot pickle in a pouch as a side selection should be a recipe for success. Add a satisfying selection of canned beers, mostly local, and I am getting into a well meaning mood.Unfortunately there is only one vegetarian (no vegan) sandwich on the menu and it is clear that the creator was not a vegetarian. Overall we were underwhelmed by the pseudo baguette, the flavor density, and the ratio of bread to toppings. Really, the 4th star is for the music and the friendly employee.
I pick up from here periodically and every sandwich I’ve had is great - definitely my favorite veggie sandwich of all time!

Big, fabulous salad, plenty of spinach. I hope they stay busy, tucked away in the corner of the parking lot like that. Good-looking sandwiches, too.
