We used this catering service for our family reunion this past weekend, and although the staff (on site) was nice, the food (presentation and taste) was below par.I can get past all of that... but what I will not tolerate is rudeness.Our family reunion coordinator reached out to the company to politely and respectfully discuss the lack of satisfaction with the meal.She was told that she would receive a call back from the owner. The owner called her back, and was rude, off-putting and outright disrespectful. I will preface the next statement with the fact I do not take lightly anyone being disrespectful or making a mockery of my cousin's inquiry, while being thankful that I have evolved in maturity... and will leave it at that.However, I will say that I will ensure that no one that I know patronizes this business for their catering needs.I can get over the hockey puck hamburger sliders and dry smashed potatoes; but what I will not tolerate is disrespectfulness.
The Food truck was at my job and I must say the food is great young man showed great customer service and I appreciate that . Fresh , hot and exactly how I ordered.
Catered for my mom’s 70th Birthday. Very pleased. I will definitely use again.
Don't use their food truck!!! NOT dependable. It was supposed to come to out big event in Gardendale on March 5th. At the last minute they wanted to change days. We were there two days. We had previously offered them the 4th and they declined, so we got another food truck. So they just didn't show up on the 5th. Only had ONE brief text after they were over an hour late, saying the truck had problems, but was on the way. Never showed. They would NOT answer phone or texts. It's clear they found another event they'd rather go to. I can't stand people that commit, then renege!! We had a lot of hungry people. Terrible business!!!!

I wish I could give a negative rating, I ordered the pork dirty fries, not only was it wrong (it looked like a McDonalds attempt at a Philly Cheesesteak) but the fries were almost raw. Many of the fries were still frozen in the middle and what I assume was supposed to be meat was bland. I attempted to find something edible but ended up tossing it in the trash where it belonged.

Catered to Select Specialty for Christmas. Meat was tender but the whole plate was overly seasoned with sage. Given a spoonful of cranberry sauce with dry dressing.
A very nice experience so far! They will be catering our family Christmas Luncheon this year!
