Ordered online at 8:15. Went to run in and pick up my food but the lobby was closed. There were at least 10 cars in the drive thru, so I drove around and asked the girl at the window how to pickup an online order and she told me I had to get in the drive thru line. So basically, I ordered online and ended up sitting and waiting in the drive thru line and waiting for my food longer than I would have if I would have just ordered upon arrival. If you are short staffed then disable your online ordering. Otherwise you end up with very ticked off customers.
Do not order salads from this location. It's always rotten or made completely incorrect.
chicken was tough and chewy, how is that even possible? did not have a good taste, bread was hard a rock, fries were ok - hard to mess that up.wish this location could get it together, cause I love zaxby's when it's good
Zax Family pax was okay for the price , just remember to get some cole slaw the meal do not come with it. Really wanted to give them 3 1/2 stars everyone has to start somewhere. You have to be careful what you say to your employees when they make a mistake in front of customers. I understand that you are busy, it does not make you look good as a Lead person. I am speaking from experience, IJS IMO. Great job to the 3 young KINGS still maintaining there composure. There is more I observed but all I have to say about that is REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE SERVING THE PUBLIC , Stay Professional. I know that you all are capable of a 5+ STAR!!!
Like so many other people, Zaxby's has always been a go to place for me. I enjoy the Kickin Chicken Sandwich combo. I bought this sandwich and got fries and sweet tea. Sauce dripping off the sandwich with every bite. Just something about it. Just writing this review makes me want one now. I give this combo 5 thumbs up. Thanks Zaxby's. ?????
The worst one I've ever been too. I travel so that's bad. 5 orders nobody finished there food.
Went to this location and used a credit card I never use and all of a sudden a few hours later I am charged $262.00 for a charter spectrum bill. I have never had charter and never use this card. Tried to call the location and the phone rings busy. First time I used this card in 9 months and all of a sudden my card is used to pay someone’s cable bill. Hope they are ready to go to jail since it will clearly show their address on file
Pretty good service. My biggest complaint here is that their drive thru is usually very packed and you can't get into the parking lot. They will randomly close the dining room which is a huge hassle as there's no way of knowing till you walk up to the door. Very random. They would get 5 stars otherwise.
The girl at the window with the extremely long ugly nails has the rudest customer service. My food was cold & not tossed.
Not really a fan of Zaxbys mainly because each time I go to a Zaxbys I'm usually disappointed by the food items I purchase.
