5/23/2022 Went through the drive thru at the Bessemer Zaxby's. Ask for chicken finger plate. I wanted cole slaw in place of fries. The Cole slaw was so spoiled it smell so bad. I want be eating there any more. Spent 30 dollar. Why would you give a customer spoiled food that why customer be acting up. You gave it to me oh okay. I believe in Karma. Okay you got me thus time and your not answering the phone. The phone and the mail box is full of message. All you had to say is we don't have any cole slaw. You on you private phone and there is no telling what they doing in the back. You could not even get the oder correct. Where is the health department that will be my first call in the morning clearly something is wrong to serve that cole slaw smelling like that.
Awful service…didn’t take my order correctly then refused to fix it when I got to the window the window person also preceded to cuss me out after I wouldn’t drive off

Disappointed in the salad I got, wasn't even in the correct container, and used the restroom before I ordered should have walked out...DISGUSTING, mold in the unclean toilets and not clean at all
Great food. Service can be a little slow. Still recommend this location.
Service is VERY POOR. I was in line for literally 15 minutes waiting on JUST A FRY. I ended up not even wanting the fry any more! Definitely needs better workers and better management
This Zaxbys location is the best one on this side of town and those Cheddar Bites ?
Presentation was beautiful but cob salad is supposed to have Cobb.
I went through the drive through, customer service was terrible, didn’t get either of my drinks and food was not fit to eat. We got chicken strips and fries, the chicken was rubbery and not completely done. I realized it right away but my husband had started eating before me and he got really sick. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Great food and fast service. I’ve always loved the quality and taste Zaxby’s delivers
