Drove up to the drive thru around 6:30 PM last night to place an order and was greeted with a “I apologize for the inconvenience but you will need to wait about 15 minutes before we can take your order!”! I said why is that? The associate said there was only 2 associates working. Now keep in mind the parking lot was empty and I was the only car in the drive thru! I told the associate I wasn’t waiting and to have a nice day. When I left the drive thru and rounded the building I saw both associates outside and one was smoking. I assume they were on break and couldn’t be bothered to take my order. I live close to this Wendy’s and frequent it often. I also have to pass a McDonalds, Jack’s, Subway, Arby’s and Dairy Queen to get to Wendy’s! That was my last visit! Customer service has declined to the point where I have decided to take my business elsewhere!

I came through about 20 mins ago and ordered a double meal. My burger was shabby and all of my fries looked like they were from the bottom of the bag. I expected more for around $10. I won't be back

Every. Single. Time. I go to this location… my order is CORRECT, HOT and FRESH❤️ The staff are always friendly too! I’ve even had a large order that had to be made in the drive-thru… bc the dining room was closed… and my order was still HOT, FRESH and CORRECT❤️❤️❤️ I just had to BRAG on you guys. I’ve been coming to this location ONLY for years and will continue. I highly recommend❌⭕️❌⭕️

Always long waits. Even if you’re the only person there… terrible customer service. Rude. Didn’t give me all my food and made me go back around threw the line to get it not once but twice

Didn't give me a receipt or my change, asked me to pull up then left half the order off when they did bring it out so I had to go back inside anyway. Terrible attitudes and RUDE!

Very fast and courteous service. I like to get the cheeseburgers for children for my dogs after their visit to the vet at animal hope clinic

I work down the street from this location and order there at least once a week. I always orders spicy nuggets fries and drink. The staff are always so polite and chill. I never mind errors and they never mind my picky request. Needless to say my last visit was horrible. It’s terrible when the customer is kinder than the staff. I ordered my reg but I made the mistake in saying meal when ordering my nuggets. The girl didn’t tell me there was no such thing and she rang me up for a kids meal which I wanted a reg drink not a kids drink. So when she handed me a kids drink I apologized for the confusion and told her I was happy to pay the difference. This is why repeating orders is important but again I got no apology on her part rather her and another lady complaining to each other about me and my error as if I should know the whole menu. The cashier gave me attitude and I apologized again for the misunderstanding and told I her I appreciated the help. She didn’t say a word to me just handed me my food and turned away. No goodbye or nothing. I only saw 1 ranch in the bag and polity asked if I could have another. Not seeing there was actually two in the bag. The other staff member said there are two in the bag and I apologized and said I didn’t see it but looked again and I did indeed look again to find there were two. I again apologized for my error and thanked them for their help. The girl rolled her eyes and said wooooowwwww and as I drove off I am sure the two ladies proceeded to talk about me Like I was the worst. Again through out all of this I smiled and owed my miss understandings and was kind and polite. I have never had staff at this site be so rude and unprofessional. I know I’m not always right and have no problem admitting that. I stay kind to everyone for all their hard work. But never should you treat your customers like they are a bother to you. I never accused or was rude but only polite and apologetic. So to have someone act as if I did something so wrong was horrible and treat me like I was beneath them. Can’t image if they actually got a rude customer how they would handle it.

It's Wendy's! Baconator is always good. Lady in drive thru was rude. Wish they wouldn't close the lobby at off times. People were eating inside, but they locked the doors and it was 4pm.

Fries cooked in old oil, nuggets taste like they were either reheated or old.

Good food most of the time
