Ladies operating drive through needs a Attitude Adjustment! Ordered my food got to the window to pay and tried twice to tell her that I had a Keychain and she kept saying hold on and before I drove to the pick-up window I said it again, got to the pick-up window she gave me my food and I said I got a frosty coming and she said u order it at the window and I said yes ma'am she no u didn't and I said yes ma'am I did ,she gave it to me with attitude and I pulled up and still had to go in because she shorted me my large order of fries and I believe they were old looked like scrap pieces of fries half were like rubber ! I think this place needs a Corp Manager do a undercover boss episode !
I'm almost at the point where I'm going to stop going to fast-food places. Let's just say it could be better

I personally know what it’s like to work in a restaurant and this Wendy’s isn’t it. I went to order a baconator and the boy at the window didn’t ask me if I was getting the meal or just the sandwich, he just assume I was getting just a sandwich. When I went to the window to pay he was on his phone to where I can see he was on it and had an attitude. I use to love coming to this Wendy’s bc it’s close to my house but now I absolutely hate it.
How can this fast food place. Be close when people are still working there? Sound like people don't want to work or have plans. .
I went through their drive-through and ordered my dinner. I ordered their Southwest Avocado Salad. I got home and found out that they didn't get me any bacon or avocado, which were supposed to be on the salad. Now, it wouldn't be a problem if I lived closer to their restaurant, but I don't 16 miles from them (one way). I called and was told they hadn't sold any salads within the time she had been there, which was as of now about 45 minutes ago. I had to let her know I had gone through the drive-through, then she found out they had. She said they didn't put avocado on the salads if they don't have any I said no, you tell the customer you don't have any and let them decide if they still want the salad. I could get a refund if I drove back to Bessemer but I couldn't if I waited until tomorrow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDY'S. THEY DO APPRECIATE THEUR CUSTOMERS. THEY NEED TO TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM CHICK FIL A, where I will be going from now own.
Terrible place, & I have given them tons of chances. Always poor service, such as pay for a double but receive a single, pale pinkish white lettuce in bottom of salad, soggy oily fries, & so forth.
Dinning room was closed went through drive thru fries was old and cold burnt from refrying so had to go back through then my spicy chicken was cold chili like warm
So I just left Wendy's and I heard the most curious thing: they can't not put cheese on a hamburger. I asked several times and clearly stated that I just wanted a beef patty on bread.. PLAIN. This was met with "We can't make a hamburger without bacon or cheese." You can imagine the look of surprise on my face but you know what? That's why I'm not coming back. For real? A plain burger.. That's it.
Food was was good, but as we were attempting to get our food after ordering and fixing to move forward, someone barely missing us swoopes in front of us and ( the window person must have been his buddy/ friend ) was speaking to the gentleman who pulled out his phone and was showing it to him.Then the workers about gave him our food.This was a less than positive experience
