Experience comes at a time of short staffing everywhere. Location was extremely under-staffed. Came on a Sunday and the host was also the bartender and waiter. Took 10 minutes to be seated and after an additional 20 minutes of waiting for drinks and to place our order, we left. Came back the following Monday and there were fewer people. We were seated immediately and received drinks after around 15 minutes. Food was very flavorful, but the crab was a bit overcooked and difficult to shell. For the price of the food, I expect better service and for the crab to be cooked perfectly. This chain is known for the seafood coming to the table in a bag and is likely the culprit for the overcooked crab

The cleanest restaurant I have ever seen Great customer service Wonderful atmosphere not too crowded And the food was exquisite. It Was the best seafood restaurant restaurant that I that I have been to in a long time. I will definitely be back.

We had reservations here on Valentine’s Day. The host seemed confused that we even had a reservation. Never got service!! Not one person came to get our drink order and we waited a good 10 minutes! The people sitting in front of us also was never waited on and a lady beside us said she waited 2 hours on her food! ? we got up and left! Went to seafood king next door and had the best experience! Sorry juicy seafood.. will never be back!!
Absolutely delicious. A pleasant surprise and always a friendly experience. They seem to be understaffed lately but the food hasn’t suffered and the staff genuinely care. Better choice then Cracker Barrel next door.
The people were nice, but the food was not quality for me. The sweet potato fries were really good. I had the catfish which I know it wasn't catfish I sent it back and got chicken fingers they were just average.
The food tasted great will be going back.
