Didn’t get anything I ordered at all and literally nothing but meat on a shell. Terrible terrible terrible. Can’t find good workers nowadays to save your life.
James the manager deserves a raise to see him work by himself and be urgent and quick with our food. Hope he's there when I go back.
The food and service is great. Probably one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve eaten. Some items are harder to get during lunch especially when your on a strict time limit. (Grilled chicken, and quesadillas) I’ve had to pull out before ordering a time or two definitely not always ready for Amazons lunch break at 10:30
I can now check Taco Bell off my bucket list. The last time was 25 years ago at the galleria when tacos was .59. I forgot how messy tacos can be but I was kind of surprised at the current price of 2.39 each. I make pretty good beef enchiladas so I think I'll fix them at home one Sunday. They're less messy but that's a personal opinion
Terrible experience every time I visit this location. They are always out of things and they tell customers to stop before the window and wait for a signal to pull up. Not sure why and I was also refused service and was asked to leave just for sneezing! They did not have to be so rude about it! I even had a customer behind me take my side and said it was ridiculous and they left with me. Also thank you whoever you are!
Sick and tired of our orders getting shorted and messed up. Get it together. It's unacceptable to pay for an order and NOT get all of the items. It's printed in the point of sale. Get it right or refund the transaction. It happens EVERY single visit. Tighten up or close up! Ridiculous you people can't perform a basic, skill-less task of putting tacos in a bag.
Excellent customer service here every time I’ve visited. They are friendly, and the food always seems to be fresh. I go here on my lunch breaks and have never had to wait too long in the drive-thru.
I like the 5 layer burrito. And the people are nice.
Fast drive thru but they forgot my Nacho Bell Grande. I really wanted that.
On top of the food not being hot (as you can see the cheese isn't even melted) we were stopped from pulling forward when we got close to window I guess because they didn't want the timer going. This place needs to get it together.
