Place is USUALLY fairly decent. Most of the time I do get the right food I ordered,very rare occasions that I dont. MARCH 2022 ordered cheesy rollups with extra cheese and this is what I got plus no sour cream on supreme tacos. There's no way
Service was adequate but not what it used to be. Seemed a bit understaffed. Good was fresh and order was right. No issues
In this crisp time when winter begins to fade, the chef prepared chicken quesadillas, and the fire sauce adds so much depth to them. But the heat is restrained. You experience the fruity, delicious flavor of this without any spicy pain. I don't need any more pain. Hell, does anyone? In finality, I will say that my experience at Taco Bell was sublime and my treatment near that of a gladiator most decorated. But the street parking wasn't that great. So three stars for me.
As far back as I can remember of Evey Taco Bell thets been around or I've been to from California to Missouri lots of other states and meany City's I'll always Love da Taco Bell I've had a bad experience at a few of them but yeah they get a 4 Star from me ... Thanks to the MEXICAN FOOD IS WILL BE ALWAYS MY FAVORITE FOOD.
Y’all need to get better night shift workers, last time I checked it does not take two people to take my order through the drive thru…. I understand I work in a restaurant myself but the disrespect I get at 12:40 in the morning is ridiculous!!!!
The cashier was polite. The order was correct. The crunchy taco shells tasted burnt.
Usually this location food is fantastic. Tonight, no so much. Ordered 3 tacos and was only given a teaspoon of meat in each one. Sauce was left off even though I was asked my preference. $10 wasted. Very disappointed: I won’t be back!
This location usually has exceptionally nice employees working the drive thru. Sometimes when I go inside I feel ignored, but not every time. Orders are always correct and they never seem to run out of anything.
I do not recommend going here I ordered online and when my husband went to pick it up one of the items that I ordered online they did not have so instead of letting my husband know and giving me something else at the same price or my money back they did not tell him nothing and didn't even give him a receipt when you got home I called and they were very rude would manager wouldn't even give me his name so I can call corporate and let them call him and verify it but I did not receive my order in full so I can get my refund back so I have paid for something and did not receive it and they refuse to give me anything back for it all they did was tell me call corporate and hung phone up
went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm tonight & ordered 3 burritos that come with cheese but requested the cheese on the side but still got charged for an extra cheese. I noticed it but It wasn’t a big deal to me so I didn’t say anything. They then asked me to donate towards something I said that I would continuing to be nice. I pull up to the window & my LARGE soda was not even close to full with barely any ice. Slightly irritated that I ordered & paid for a large but was given the amount of a size medium, but still didn’t say anything. I realized that I forgot to ask for sour cream & politely ask for some. The boy tells me that “i should’ve ordered it back at the mic” & says that he can’t give me any. I asked him if I could just pay for it now since I’m already at the window. He told me no that I would have to drive around & get back in line to order ONE cup of sour cream… I expressed to him that it made no sense for me to drive all the way around the restaurant to get exactly where I was currently at for a cup of sour cream when all he would have to do was grab me some. I was more than willing to pay for it. He shuts the window on me and doesn’t respond. At this point I’m still waiting because I was not about to drive all the way around the restaurant & sit in line again for a condiment that I simply forgot to ask for when I was ordering. After he realized that I wasn’t moving he started talking about me to the employee next to him, goes back to the kitchen, comes back with the sour cream, doesn’t even put the lid on, he aggressively hands it to me, i STILL say thank you and he slammed the window in my face. Not sure who hired this kid but he is a joke to customer service and needs to be fired immediately.
