I can not believe that taco bell over changed my wife for four burrito supreme with no onions and two larger Pepsi and on top of it all they was super rude to me when I picked the order up . The order was about 22.50 but so how they get her for about 40 dollars . So we will be talking to the store manager in the morning about this and they did not give us a receipt to show what we ordered . So everyone check your cards if u eat at this place
Menu full of breakfast items and coffee and the RUDE little girl at the drive thru interrupts you to say constantly “we don’t sell breakfast we don’t sell coffee” even though it’s on the menu. Do better. Hire people who aren’t lazy brats.
That was the worst experience I ever had with taco bell. I was rushed to finish my order as she continued asking what to drink and never offering any suggestions to help me to get my Grandson's order completed, who is 8, he only wanted chicken and cheese chalupa $5 Box order. She continued to rush me through, and that order end up being $9 not ìncĺuding my order , and there was no line behind me so finally got to the window to pay and pick-up orders , and got some burrito order with beans and everything. Went back to the window to explain to them Ì did not order this and all she was " that's not what you said", and proceeded to ask her to exchange this order, but she said Ì would have to place a new òrder, and ended up paying a total of $30 that day. Terrible Customer Service, and other management came to the window with no response as I explained and paid for my new order. Ridiculous!!!!
Horrible customer service, lady at the window was SUPER rude. Yall really need to get your employees in check. It's not our fault that they are having a bad day.
The ones that I got on Bessemer super highway in Bessemer will call. The lettuce was okay the meat were wrong but the rap was cold. It was not enjoyable and it did not taste good the meat tasted old. That is one restaurant I think I'm going to stay away from when I go to Bessemer.
The food was good, but the people were a-holes.
They do not listen when you're ordering your food. They left an item out of my bag and I asked for no sour cream, bite into my burrito and had a mouthful of sour cream. Just pitiful.
Ordered a taco party pack with supreme soft shell tacos and 2 grilled cheese burritos. I had to go back because the party back wasn't supreme but that wasn't the worst part! Each taco was drenched in something wet so badly that it was leaking out of the wrapper! The lettuce looked like it had been sitting for days! When I got back to the window I told what appeared to be the Manager that 1) they were not supreme and 2) would she eat them?? She then told me I needed to calm down!! They did remake them but the remade tacos taste horrible! Spam taste better than the meat that are in these tacos! Just all around horrible experience and I will NEVER go back!
This is a subpar location with irritations on numerous visits. Sat in the drive thru line once for 20+ minutes and someone came out and said the computers were down. Next time fryer is out. Next time they are out of ______________. Next time the order is not correct. Next time......
Placing a call in order is difficult because it seems that even though the website, goes to call the restaurant on pick up orders! The young man that answered the phone was rude & called me a liar when I told him that the website prompted me to call the restaurant to place my order! If that is the type customer Service U get from them I will be taking my business elsewhere!
