I just want to take a few minutes to BRAG on this SUBWAY. THEY SET THE BAR EXTREMELY HIGH❤️❤️❤️The store is SO CLEAN, it’s actually SPOTLESS!!!! The customer service is TOP- NOTCH. THE bread is so SOFT and FRESH. The veggies are AMAZING. I feel like I’m eating FRESH VEGGIES STRAIGHT FROM THE GARDEN. The meats and cheese’s are SUPERB. You can tell they TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS❌⭕️❌⭕️ FROM NOW ON…. THIS LOCATION IS THE ONLY ONE I WILL GO TO. THANK YALL FOR BEING SO AWESOME I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
This is the best subway to go to, hands down! Hitav is amazing! He’s the best sandwich artist there ever wassss! I’m super pleased!!!

I decided to try the Subway located in Morgan Village (Morgan Road), Bessemer, AL yesterday. The worse service I have ever received at any Subway I have ever gone to. The employees seem to decided what they want you to put on your order. Will not allow a person to pay for an upgrade. I will never go back to that Subway ever again. About a year ago the employees were great, but not now. Subway you can do better on who you hire.
