The customer service is always great, and the drive thru moves really fast. One very annoying thing they consistently do is show “in-store” pickup option for mobile order, but then when I get there to pick up my order the cafe is closed so I have to sit in the drive thru line anyways. There’s no point in ordering ahead if I still have to sit in the line- I might as well just order when I get there and everything be fresh.And it changes every other day it seems- I went last week and the cafe was open. Today it was closed. I just wish they’d update the app daily to reflect this.

It is Starbucks what can I say! $5 for coffee but I will pay it for good quality.
they were cleaning up an HOUR before closing, and told me the people had already cleared out their cash registers that they couldn’t serve me. waste of gas and time!! ??
There are no tables in there now. Very uncomfortable.

The employees are moving so slow. There are 6 people in line and they are literally moving like turtles and messed up my drink. You would think if there are that many people in line you would get a pep in your step.
