Tried to order a large and small milkshake. Person on the order started putting it in correctly, then erased it and asked if we could say it again, then rang up the large milkshake as the wrong flavor, when we tried to correct it, they slurred out the words "we don't have large" after asking why they are ringing up a large if they don't have it, they slurred some gibberish we couldn't understand and we left. They honestly sounded like someone on heroin when they spoke. I hope that's not the case, but it was an unpleasant and frustrating experience all around.
I stopped by here to get a fresh fruit slush and it was delicious.
I went to Sonic yesterday and when I got to the speaker the lady took my order and then I got a bad attitude with me. She repeated my order back to me and it was wrong. When I corrected her she told me that she knew what my order was. I told her again it was wrong then she cut me off and her attitude got even worse. I told her I'll take my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want people to treat you bad.
The poor people there are rated A-1!! I brought my grandkids with me and they had me pulling my hair out trying to order their food!! And those poor people were about to pull their hair out. Thank you Sonic in Bessemer for your patience tonight!!
This was my first time at this location and I am very impressed. The service was fantastic and the food was wonderful. I wish I could give more stars.
The service was excellent. The staff was courteous. And the order, which was a bit complicated, was completely correct!! A++++

Only good managers are betsey, lala and lala’s husband. Very understanding. The night time staff is HORRIBLE. You tell them NO TOMATOES, and they STILL ADD TOMATOES. Just SIMPLE mistakes and when you ask for a refund because they can’t seem to get it right they cop a ATTITUDE. Very RUDE and unprofessional ESPECIALLY the man who answered the phone on 11/23 night time
