This is the best soul food I have ever eaten.
My husband and I are fromCleveland ohio, we found this place on line. The Mac and cheese, yams, potato salad greens and fried chicken was awesome! This place is a hidden gem the owner was so polite he gave us samples of the sides we ordered, and we were very pleased. When we come back through this area we will most definitely be back!!

15/10. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was so hospitable and kind. There wasn’t one bad thing that I tasted. Pod was so good, I ended up ordering a plat to go for later. Definitely won’t be disappointed at RDM Catering.
My God this food is good, I've eaten at RDM Catering a few times and each time it has blessed my soul. Last night I had the fried pork chops, squash with onions, yams and banana pudding. The pork chop was big and meaty, so RDM Catering does not skimp on the food LIKE MOST PLACES DO. The majority of places that I go to eat, I have to request that my meat is fried hard/well done because the meat is not cooked all the way through, and it's a struggle to pull the meat away from the bone. I have never had that happen with RDM Catering, and that's a BIG/HUGE DEAL for me. And, they have several different flavors of homemade punch/juice. They're good to, and I don't even drink fruity flavored beverages (but I drink those LOL). I missed the smothered pork chops last week and almost wanted to cry LOL (but I'm so for real), And, I have driven from out of town for those yams ya'll (I probably should be ashamed of myself for that, BUT I'M NOT!) RITFL. And, the service that's rendered, is professional, friendly and comfortable. I don't think it's much more you can ask for, they got everything sewed up and on point. sorry I don't have a picture of my food attached to this review. I was eating so fast and hard ya'll I was half way done eating when I realized awwww man I forgot to take a picture of this pretty plate of food. Sooooo good! Will definitely be a repeat customer! I have dreams about that Mac n cheese. Mother in law absolutely loved the yams as well.
RDM Catering NEVER disappoints! I’ve had the fried chicken, fried fish, macaroni, dressing, yams, greens, cake and banana pudding. My only regret is I don’t get two plates when I order. I always wish I had more once I’m done. Go check them out. You will not be disappointed. Just look at my before and after pictures ?
OMG DELICIOUS! I am from Atlanta, GA and my husband and I are here on work. I Googled "country cooking" in Bessemer and found RDM Catering. When I say this is some of the best country cooking I've had in a long time. Hands down, the best! Thank you Chef Apostle for your great hospitality and warming spirit.
