I visited the drive thru of this location on April 29 2022 at 7:08pm and waited over 10 minutes. they have an automated greeting when you pull in and I thought someone was going to take my order - it did not happen. I was not assisted and it seemed like the restaurant was abandoned. I even called the store phone and no one answered. This location is horrible.
Worst drive thru experience! Rude employees! Avoid this place at night when the night crew is on who don’t know what they are doing.
The burgers are delicious and their fries are AMAZING. The service was good even though they only one employee but she did a good job. There was no long wait time so that was a plus.
Don’t order from this place through door dash cause they don’t get your orders right. Highly recommend not to order anything from them at all honestly!
I came to do a pick up, and the guy (Mike I think he said was his name) working night shift answered and went to the back of the store and never prepared the food. He could have just said that they were closed or something. I waiting on a order for over 15 minutes for no reason.
Always out of damn near everything, makes me wonder are the employees taking the inventory home to their family? No one is nice Everyone has a Attitude. Just Shut The Whole Place Down For Good.
The food was actually good haven't eaten there in a long time back when it was checkers. I thought it rather expensive once you see the menu but every other fast food joint anymore will cost you almost as much as going out to eat at a restaurant. Didn't have a lot of cash and I was walking that day but I was patient as to walk up I guess doesn't see much business more in the Drive-Thru. I wasn't in a hurry and was patient and the girl who served me actually included a large fry with my burger which was very kind of her but all in all not too bad.
Could not use my card they did not have fries and forced me to pay exact change I won't be going back
