Tried to go through the drive through. An older gentleman was outside smoking a cigarette. I understand. There was a red Dodge truck sitting at the speaker when I pulled up. The look on his face said that he had been there for a while. A younger gentleman came outside with his hat on upside down asking about the old man's cigarette break. He went back inside. About five minutes had passed at this point . Noone said anything on the speaker this entire time. About five more minutes pass. The young worker comes back out and starts smoking himself. Noone still has said anything on the speaker. I just drove off. The waffle house across the street was much more inviting.
Terrible customer service.
I feel 1 star is too many. I sat in line 45 min only to realize the whole crew had gone to the back of the store. I and the other 4 cars in line could hear them laughing and playing inside. It was too early for them to be closed. Lights on and everything. People getting in line ...getting mad and leaving.
Sat in parking lot for an hour after paying and then they came to the window asking what we ordered again. Horrible customer service. The staff was all in the back doing God knows what.Need to fire EVERYONE
Wait is too long everytime I go. The chicken order today was terrible. I had the 2 can dine for 8.99 and the fries was cold and the chicken was not fresh. I had already waited 15 minutes at the speaker before I ordered and when I got to the window I had to wait another 5 minutes. The cashier was nice but the food was horrible.Two points for the cashier nice attitude
The ordering mic was broken you sit there 30 minutes and you still haven't made it to the window I understand it's a shortage but they could have better serve customers if they mike had been working instead of you waiting till you get to the window to place your order. I would not recommend this place on Bessemer super highway.
You can only place an order at the window... Speaker is out of order... The customer service is to forget! The chicken I ordered was not fresh and I guess they decide on their own what pieces you get... I had thighs one leg and dry breast. If you want to wait in line for 20 minutes or more go ahead.I won't again!
They don't give you enough popcorn shrimp and they are mostly breading and the shrimp is too small. But I love them.
My experience with popeyes last night was awful. These people have terrible attitudes and poor work ethics. Even though you have to sit in a drive through line to wait to place an order they appear to be in no hurry to take your order. All the while you sit at the intercom listening to them laugh and play instead of doing their job.
The chicken was better than our Auburn AL location.
