I will NEVER order from Papa John's again. We ordered pizza last Thursday and it was a terrible experience. I ordered at 5:30 and it wasn't delivered until 8:30. The pizza took 3 hours to be delivered. No apologies or anything. I even called and hour and a half after I placed the order, since they said it would be delivered in an hour, to check the status of order and it was still in the oven. No apologies or explanations. I also ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was no sauce on it. It was cold when it was delivered and we couldn't eat it. DO NOT order from this location.
If you've not tried the gluten-free pizza. It's delicious.
Place is great, no real issue. They had perfectly hot pizza and friendly employees.

It shouldn’t take and 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery on a week night when we are 3.7 miles from the store. This is why we normally order from Marcos. I love Papa John’s, but won’t be buying from this store again.
Delivery is ALWAYS late, even before 5:00pm peak times. Yours chances of getting the extra cheese you paid for on your pizza is 50/50. If you call to complain, all they offer you is excuses.Enough said.

We ordered a large the works, no black olives and no mushrooms and we ordered a small cheese pizza. Both original crust.There were black olives and mushrooms on the pizza. Both were overcooked and needed more cheese. Very dissatisfied with the pizzas. They were not worth the $35.00 paid. I believe the quality of Papa John's is declining.
