I placed an order from this location two weeks ago that was not delivered. I ordered from the papa John’s website. It said it was delivered via DoorDash, but I never received it. I called that night, and the girl who answered said all she could do is void my order; she said they couldn’t do anything else since DoorDash delivered and that it was door dash’s fault (even though I didn’t make the decision for DoorDash to deliver; they did). She did not offer to send a replacement nor did she apologize. She also hung up on me in the middle of trying to find a solution and continuously spoke over me. The charge has still not been refunded on my card. I was trying to give it some time at first to show up, but it has been two weeks. I have tried messaging and calling the store but I have not been able to reach anyone. Their store number keeps stating they are closed even during store hours. So I guess someone just got $61 of pizza on me for free, and I’m not getting that money back or a pizza.

Pizza was great. The manager here is awesome, very polite. The only negative about this location is they can't seem to get enough delivery drivers, I've had to pick up multiple times due to extended wait times on delivery.

I just tried to order pizza from Papa John’s today they don’t have anybody delivery pizza they said they may driver later if a driver shows up  around 5:00pm they said they are hiring so if anybody looking for a job or know someone . They are really having a hard time getting people to work because the government wants to pay everybody sit on their butts people are too lazy to work . I just don’t get it wasn’t for my health problems I would really love to work what’s wrong with you people . Go to this link apply .
