Wow , the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the tea tasted fresh and the food was still warm when I got home. However the fries nedded more salt, the sandwich was a miss ,it didn't smell nor taste like a Milo's burger .I've eaten my share of Milo's and I don't know if it was because they were cleaning the gaylords or what , but the frozen patties tatste liked they were thawed out in water and throwed on the grill this was a big disappointment . Cudos on the cleaning . IMO I'll just end it right here.
Had high hopes for Milo's..disappointing at best..was a bucket list type of thing..food was nasty and cold..the only good thing as usual was the tea...not worth the trip to the ensley location..gonna give it one more chance at a different location..hope it's better..
Saw the manager zenetta bagging the food today 5/11/22 charged me for ranch and double i with my large fry and didn’t even put it in the bag why charge do better smh old fries
Went in to get a mega meal noticed they had gone up no problem. When I got home noticed burger had hardly any milo sauce hardly no onions come on this is what made yawl want be going back maybe it was the staff. Just sorry meat no seasoning awful.
Ordered for dine in after 15 minutes of waiting for my food and watching other people that came in after me eating said something to the cashier and she said she forgot about me even though I was right of her. Other than that when I finally did get my order it was hot
My pie was over cooked until all the filling cooked out. Only 3 nuggets out of 5, fries cold. Very disappointing visit.
Bessemer store needs a new manager. Small straws do not work well with a milk shake. Our order was fine and tasty. Wish I had a repeat now! People on the road, stopping at a place like Milos often need to use restroom and wash hands. When stopped, door was locked and counter person ignored us. We asked grounds person, he told us to try again, after he talked to someone. We got in, placed order, went to restroom, which was out of handsoap and paper towelachine didn't work! When got order, my hamburger was not in bag. Glad we checked while inside. They need to get their act together.
The sandwich was dry...order wasn't I asked for, only 1 piece of pickle, less sauce I've seen on a Milo's burger ever, the tea was watery it barely tasted like tea.
The location is clean inside, but I almost slipped on the floor. It was probably either they didn't put the wet floor sign, or it was just the inclement weather we can't control at the time of this visit. Overall, it didn't deter me to give them a great review on their timing process in preparing my order to great standards. Their grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was delicious! I may return to this location and see if they can keep it consistent or make it better. Good work!
I pulled up to the line waiting at drive thru at the restaurant at 8:45pm, mind you they do not close until 10pm. A young lady came running out and rudely said stated that we would have to leave that they were not taking anymore orders. I asked why and she just huffed and puffed saying that "They ain't taking no mo orders " When iexpresswd fine that I would be calling her manager she replied "So". Never been treated so rudely. I would understand if they ran out of food or something, they just said they weren't taking anymore orders
