Waited 15 minutes on my food while people that ordered after me got the same thing that I ordered before I got mine, stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get some unsweetened tea because there was none at the drink station! The manager even told them to take care of me that had been standing there for a while and they still ignored me! Apparently raising the minimum wage is a reason doesn't boost performance !
Ordered from the app. The app said it would be brought out at #3 curb in about 5 minutes.Waited 15 minutes no food, went inside my food was already prepared and just sitting there. Employees looked like they were having a French fries party in the back. But no one could bring me the order. Will not be returning there.
Friendly and fast service here most days. I come here sometimes on my lunch break.
I can understand that it's a busy location and I have to wait but at least get my order right. I ordered. Big Mac with no cheese or pickles... And that's exactly what I got. Cashier very friendly but the person I got my order from just the opposite.
If I could give it less than one star I would. Employees insisted we use the kiosks. One was broken and one reset while using it. After the reboot we were able to use it but couldn't pay. Employee in the kitchen just kept yelling to the other employee that it's not broken and if we didn't want to use it we could go to the drive thru. We were the only people in the dining room and glad we couldn't pay so we were able to walk out. If you don't want to work then quit but don't take it out on people trying to spend money at your restaurant.
Went to this McDonald’s for a coffee at 1:30 am they told me they were only serving chicken nuggets and fries. I came back at 350am I was told they were serving breakfast and ordered my coffee. Low and behold they weren’t serving coffee During “breakfast” I asked what time do they brew coffee they told me 5am. This McDonald’s is right off of the interstate. People are traveling along that interstate why is there not coffee brewed!? It takes maybe 5-8 minutes to brew coffee it’s not like y’all were busy!!
I will never recommend them to door dash through them! I order from them and there whole nightshift does not know what they are doing! My whole order was wrong and they act like they can answer a phone! Thats bad service! They need better worker!
I've been to this mcdonalds twice, once at 9pm and again at 5am. The 9am it was fast service but they got my order completely wrong and at the 5am visit the doors were locked and there was 2 people asleep in the booth, 2 people with headphones in, and an employee asleep at a table. I don't know if the other 4 people were on duty or friends with the employee but its a shame to be open 24 hours but be "closed" they never looked my way or answered me.
I'm only Giving Them 4stars, Because of the Night Shift Lead or Manager Keith, was Working As Fast as He Could to Get Orders Out ! I haven't seen Any McDonald's Employees Move That Fast in a Long Time! Thanks Keith For your Hard Work!
Very disappointing, they are on their way to becoming as bad as BK across the street. Drive thru always slow. If you want anything ice cream related don't bother their "ice cream machine is down". I've tried all different hours over the last 4 months or so. Be careful mobile ordering they charge you then give receipt at first window only to have next window tell you they are out of something. Very unfortunate but seems to be the trend in this general shopping area.
