My drive through experience was trouble. The cashier was a manager, changed me a few cents more than the actual amount, that’s doesn’t matter, what matters was not given the option to pay the difference. When I mentioned it she became a little rude and loud. My pet peeve is leaders not showing the great customer service to their employees and other customers.
My order was a deluxe quarter pounder and a large fry and a medium size drink it. Took way to long at drive thr. And my burger was ice cold and so were the the fries. Will never go toMcDonald's ever again
I got a number 2 sausage Mc muffin combo the sweet tea was so sweet I couldn't drink it my Mc muffin was burnt and the hash brown was cold. I wouldn't stop here again.. also the woman taking my money was on the cell phone talking to someone
They have the worst customer service ever! I just decided to stop by and order me and a few people food and I was the only one in the drive thru this morning when someone on the intercom told me to drive forward to have them take my order so I assumed maybe the window until I seen another intercom so I stayed there for a few to see if someone will take my order and no one came to the intercom so than I thought maybe they meant the window as I drove to the first window no one was there so I went to the second window and the guy there who was the only nice one there told me that I need to reverse to the first window and they will help me there so I did and waited for about 30 min until someone came and told me they will take my order and that I’m supposed to stay at the intercom and I told the person that someone said to drive up and the person said yeah the first intercom like wth and the person was very rude like I swear it’s not a place to be having a bad attitude or bad customer service and I noticed this at almost all McDonald’s! Also someone drove up to the first intercom and was there maybe 10 to 12 min waiting for someone to take their order and still no one came so they drove behind me and left after 3 min of waiting and mins you I was still waiting for someone.
When I tell you this is the most unprofessional store I've seen and I've seen bad stores. The employees are literally cursing on front counter talking about weed all types of stuff. Drinking and eating in front of the customers. Its one lady Hispanic with pigtails working while everybody watch her and play. Im not sure who the manager is because not a soul is showing any type of management skills. Do not recommend coming to this location.
Awful! In the drive thru line for 20 min waiting for my change. Finally pulled up to the second window received my food... drove off get to my destination get ready to eat my food and they gave me the wrong order!?
My McDouble sandwich was fresh, my French fries was hot and my Sweet Tea was fresh and sweet. The only thing is the girl that works the 2nd window never greets me nor say anything, she just hands you your food...
The WORST! I understand that people don't want too work, but the ones you have aren't any better. The line was around the building most of the drinks were out and while inwas standing in line a lady just closed her draw out and left. Didn't say anything just left with a line of people and no relief. The manager was on his phone via FaceTime while the lines were backing up. People lacking moral and honestly don't look happy to be in there. I only stopped here because my son had football practice but I'll never do it again.
Service with a smile plus the areas are very clean bathrooms, eating area.
It's horrible, the drive-through service at night is unexist at the McDonald's should not even be open at night because they are not capable of operating the drive-thru efficiently. I started waiting on my order at 10:27 p.m.; it is now 10:48 p.m. and they have not started the order yet
