Service was ok. Waiter was in training so all was ran by the waitress. Service was good but that is ALL that was! Steak tips were TOUGH! TOO Tough to bite into so we brought them home for the dogs. Rice was spicy so it wasn't eaten. There was a baked potato brought out as a replacement item and it was good. Mother only ate a couple of bites of her ribs, said the baked beans tasted like chili powder, but enjoyed her baked potato. My steak was cooked well but it was so tough it was like chewing rubber.The salad was good, the potato was good but everything else left a LOT to be desired! They brought out the tea and it was terrible! It was all exchanged for something else. Like I said, the service was good but everything else was a full step below acceptable. About 30 minutes after eating, I was blessed with explosive diarrhea and barely made it to the bathroom. With this all being said, we will not be returning to Logan's to eat. This was the third location that we have had similar experiences so as I said, I don't think we will going back. I understand that everybody has a bad day and I try to take this into consideration but this seems to be a problem at more than one location.

This is the second time I've ordered and they didn't give me everything. The first time they forgot my fries. This time they didn't give me my Large Root Beer. Also the hostess claimed she couldn't give me my food (that we both were looking at) because she didn't know if I paid. It said clear as day on the receipt PREPAID and I tried to show her the receipt online. She said she is a host and she can't help me. So basically her going over to read a receipt that she's literally right beside was just out of her job description and that's fine. I'll take my business where I'm valued and will actually get EVERYTHING that I paid for.

Well when first arrived the waiter told us it would be a 30 minute wait. It was a hour before they closed and they were plenty of seats. She seemed to be frustrated. The other waiters wondered why where we still waiting. We was finally seated I had porkchops the was very very dry and the salad was mostly lettuce. I was very disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the rolls was good

When we were seated, i let the hostess know that i needed a highchair for my 7 month old daughter, she told me i could have a booster seat. I reluctantly said okay because i didnt want to cause an argument. When our server got to the table, my 7 month old was sitting on the table because the booster seat obviously was not going to work. I told her we needed a highchair and we were told we would need to move. The only table available was a table in a back alley way that was used for servers to roll silverware, etc. That was fine with me, we had some privacy. Our server did take care of us but took over 30 minutes to get our order taken. We sat for 15 minutes before getting drinks from someone else. None of our food was hot except for the rolls. I was 5 seconds from leaving before our server took our order because i was tired of waiting. We like coming here but probably will not be back. Please let your younger employees know, when a customer says they need a highchair for a baby, they know what they need, they don't need suggestions for something else that absolutely will not work.

I have came here to pick up door dash orders for the past month and EVERY time they are 20-30 minutes late on getting me the food. The girl standing at the front hosting just walks around acting like she doesn’t see me and never goes to check on the order to see how long they have left. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE host. They are in no hurry to serve you and get orders to you. I have a order I need to get to the customer on time and they completely ignore it. Maybe if they actually got people who seem like they care to be here then this place might be decent at best. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Absolutely terrible service!!

Had a mostly positive experience. Only complaint I have is that there were several menu items they were out of. Staff was friendly, food was good. Will be going back.

Well our waitress was really nice. The food was pretty bad. Don't go for the French dip sandwich. It was as bad as it gets. My husband's steak was extremely tough, not seasoned well at all. The kitchen was just bad. I won't be returning, the rolls were the highlight of the meal.

No Sprite, Mt Dew or anything but dark drinks. Steak was overcooked and so was shrimp. Ceasar salad was overpowering and I almost gave this place a 1 but the server tried. Not going back anytime in the future...smh

We were all craving a steak but didn’t want to drive far to get one, so we decided to go hit up Logan’s since it was close.It had been a few years since we had last eaten there and to be honest, our past experience wasn’t great but we were willing to try again.I am SO GLAD we did!!Our service was great! Our waitress was very attentive. We never had to ask her to refill our drinks. It was like she was watching and waiting because she was on it!My daughter and I both ordered the filet mignon and mine was PERFECT. (My daughter forgot to tell them to “butterfly” hers so it was a little pinker than she likes it, but they corrected the issue within minutes and my daughter was extremely happy with the fix.)My husband ordered the 22oz porterhouse and since he is the type of guy who puts steak sauce on everything, we weren’t surprised when he asked the waitress to bring him some before he even tried his steak…But that steak sauce was never opened at our table. His steak was juicy and delicious and he didn’t speak a word while he was eating..Everything was great!! We had a wonderful experience at Logan’s and we will DEFINITELY be going back VERY SOON!!

The food was delicious while dining in. I honestly didn't give it 5 stars, because of a female employee didn't give us a positive body language. We need to have that when patrons enter the establishment. She greeted us verbally, but we must feel like we're welcomed here. The server that took our order did a fine job engaging with us. If all workers were to engage with patrons with energy, this would be the prime example. Overall, good taste, texture, and flavor of the food are top notches upon keeping a restaurant going.
