When I purchased my order of stuff crazy bread I asked for extra garlic sauce on it and they was very packed and didn't fix my order correctly and then I return the purchase back and then the man gave me regular crazy bread with extra garlic on it and tried to get smart with me is a black male manager with long hair and was very nasty very nasty attitude and did not want to refix my order and I still have the order and I'm trying to get in touch with a manager the head manager or corporate office because that's a bunch of bull I spent my money on what I had wanted and did not receive what I purchase.

My food seemed hot and fresh upon ordering inside i notice a drive-thru customer had a complaint about their pizza the worker took it back in the window and changed the box re-sliced it and put it back in the warmer I didn't hear the complaint but I thought it was odd she took another pizza out and did the same thing it made me wish I'd taken my $30 elsewhere

I love little Caesars, having said that we visited the one in Hueytown Alabama and it has to be worst excuse for a business I've seen 45 minutes just for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and 3 orders of oven roasted wings that every little Caesars has already made and waiting.

This is the most horrible place ever food sucks service for sure sucks even more staff not serious at all poor customer service bottom of the line

I didn't order any pizza for this visit. Only for the time being, I consider this pizza establishment a good place to order one to take out.

Short staffed , little bit of attitude, but pizza is good , and ready when the right people are there.

Went to this location yesterday evening, the cashier seemed very confused, was mumbling, could hardly understand her and could not figure out the proper change to give me back to me when I tried paying with a $100 bill. Ended up leaving going home and eating frozen pizza.

Disheartening to say the least. The level of customer service by one can make or break a transaction. Sometimes it’s not all about what you say, facial expressions and nice nasty is not always looked over. I simply ordered a pizza and wings it was explain to me the pizza would take 10 mins. The cashier called out for wings however, one was in the warmer I asked how long had the wings been sitting, response he didn’t know I ask for wings hot only because I heard him say there were some down in the back. His response you will have to wait 15 minutes, no problem I will have to wait 10 for the pizza 5 more minutes won’t hurt. I apologize only because of the look of disgust on his face. I rescinded the apology because I did nothing. The manager who was sitting ear shot of the encounter sent the employee to the back. Customer service is very important to me. And I know we the public can be difficult at times. However, his attitude showed all over his face and wasn’t worth my business today. Never had an issue at this location before.

My pizza was the best I have ever gotten from any little Caesars

Love the stix and slice nice people working there not to long to wait I don't mind to wait for it to be right out the oven so I say keep it up y'all and thanks
