I used to eat here all the time and now I don't know if I ever will againOrdered 1 pizza in the app, said it would be ready in 20 to 24 minutes. Show up at the corresponding time, the front door is locked, so I have to wait at the drive-thru line which was packed. After it took me 15 to 20 minutes to get to the window, my pizza still wasn't ready and waited about another five.Far from impressed
Terrible. Did an online order, went at the correct time. Had to wait in drive through 30 minutes. The doors were locked, there were 6 employess that we saw mostly standing around. The front car had placed an order and waited in line until cooked, instead of driving around and parking. The employee guy would let some in to get food but not others. Food was a mess,
My fiance on Saturday 4/16/22 at 215 pm sent an online order for Crazy Bread and a Detroit Style Crust pizza half Pepperoni,half sausage,mushrooms on all of it. We got there waited about 25 minutes so she went in didn't acknowledge online order,they threw together cooked 5 minutes sent out inedible RAW PRODUCT. We spent $21.38. She did call the corporate number who emailed the franchise and he refunded our money.☆☆☆☆Traveler Advice☆☆☆☆☆STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE CEASARS ON ACADEMY DRIVE IN BESSEMER ALABAMA.
Online ordering does not match. Options I ordered and paid for, were not available when I went to pickup. The only reason I drove all that way, for them to say they don't make those anymore, though I was able to order and pay for it? This has happened before, so I just pulled around and reordered it online for in store pickup, and 20 minutes later, there it was. Sounds like people not wanting to do their jobs. This has become a huge issue since COVID19. Shameful. These employees are lucky people are too busy to actually report them individually. Lie to my face...they shouldn't have a job, if they are not willing to do it, and care so little about their customers.
This is one of the worst Little Caesars ever. They never answer the phone, I guess they can't hear it from the music blasting. The food is mediocre and not as good as other locations, even when it's fresh. I only go here because it's close by on my way home from work.
I had a very terrible experience the day I visited the meat pizza was burned first time second time it wasn't done then they gave me a refund after it was finished then she said it'll take 7-10 weeks for it to be returned.. Then I asked for the manger and they said it was the light skin girl she was very rude and literally told me she was not gonna make me another one then I asked for home office phone number and she told me to goggle it I am very disappointed and I'll never visit the Bessemer store again..

Yes I wouldn't even give the store a one-star rating my crazy bread was not fresh.I said I'll be right back after I would run to Walmart. She spouted off at the mouth and said it's okay to me well no the crazy bread was not okay to me it was too done, chewy you could not chew it at all. Now I'm back in drive-thru there is a as sign that says,""I'm on break"" Out of spite I feel as if the sign was put there for me.
