Ordered online. Doors were locked when I arrived. Went through drive thru to be told system was down. They processed the order but didn't have sandwiches I ordered. Was told I would need to get refund through app. They subbed other food to replace sandwiches so I didn't seek the refund.
I picked up my food at the drive-thru window. The transaction was quick, fast, and accurate.
Every time I go there it's always hot & fresh chicken.
The workers here are pathetic me and 6 other cars wait in line no answer to use in the drive threw mommy need take there baby’s back home and put real ppl to work

I would not recommend this kfc I would rather make the drive to midfield. I stopped in today to get the 30 family meal and there was a truck in front of me they placed their order when i drove up to the speaker the lady gone say our system is down! So I drove around mind you the same truck that was in front of me was paying and handed his food so i drove back around then there was a car and a jeep that came up the car got their order but the jeep was told that she couldn't take his order. So then i drove back to speaker then she said they system down they cant take any more oders so I responded you just took the other cars order so why cant you take mine she said I cant run around here by myself and fix all these orders so I cant take your. I said oh ok the car ahead of me had two orders but you could fix it. And she said "Yes but my staff is about to leave so I cant fix your " I would rather drive to midfield if I ever go back to Kfc because the bessemer location is rachet and they never have good fresh chicken on several occasions When I was able to place an order I've had to take it back cause it was cold or wrong.
@7/8 pm you can't get what you want from the menu, you have to order what is already cooked or left. Pot pies never!
The staff was pleasant and welcoming, my food was delicious.
5:30 p.m. on a Monday. No line. No waiting. The cashier was pleasant and patient. The food was ok. It tasted old. They did not have a lot select from.
Chicken sandwich was very good.
