We arrived at the Morgan Road location at approximately 8:50 am July 17th. The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so my husband and I decided to go inside. We waited for approximately 10 minutes and never had the chance to place our order. The person, who I can only assume was the manager, walked around complaining about staffing, breaking down boxes, basically anything other than taking an order. She then acknowledged the line of people waiting and went to answer the phone. Another employee was doing nothing but walking around picking up trays and trash when people were clearly waiting to order. She even happily apologized to the FOUR people who walked out without even getting to order. My husband and I decided the gas station next door would even be a better option. As we were eating our biscuits from the gas station, we saw both the "manager" and the other employee in the parking lot having a smoke break while the drive through line was still wrapped around the building.
I love Jacks but my main issue is not getting what was ordered. I prefer dark meat chicken & always stress that. All to often they send the wrong type chicken. Other than a slow drive through I give it 4 stars
Outstanding customer service and experience. We ordered breakfast for 65 people the day before. When I arrived to pickup every thing was hot and ready. The order was perfect and the customer service was definitely above average.
Saturday, 04/23/2022, We go through the drive thru and ordered 8 piece chicken dinner.The menu states, 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs (standard right?) Arrived back home and here's what we got 1 breast, 1 wing, 2 legs, 4 thighs. Certainly not what we paid for. We were not advised of the store initiated substitution or given the option to wait for the correct order. Very poor service by the Morgan Road manager/team members. I do not recommend the Jack's location on Morgan Road. Bait & switch on the dang chicken.They deserve Zero Stars.
This location is always out of supplies. Always! Last time it was chicken tenders… And today was more funny than anything. No napkins..no ketchup no ranch or HI-C. Also We got mashed potatoes in a coffee cup! Lol. I said I would never go back to this location but I think I’m done for good now.
Horrible experience at this store this past weekend. Went in to order a 3 piece chicken and requested two wings and a leg, paid for my food and all of a sudden the young lady working told me her manager said that he wouldn’t honor our request and he didn’t care if we were mad about it. Also, my in-laws were in town and requested dark meat chicken, the manager thought it would be nice to give them every piece of white meat instead. Poor customer service!
I absolutely love having breakfast at Jack's every single Wednesday. I love there big breakfast along with there chicken biscuits add cheese. I recommend going and I rate them a 10/10. Great service along with fresh hot yummy ? food. I'll continue to review my favorite spot due to if you haven't already tried Jack's breakfast your MISSING OUT! ALSO I TRIED FOR THE FRIST TIME YESTERDAY THERE STRAWBERRY ? PIE. ALL I CAN SAY IS OOOMMMGGGGTHEY ARE SO SO SO YUMMY ? GOOD. IF YOU WANT A HOT YUMMY UMMMY GOOWEEE TREAT ORDER A HOT STRAWBERRY ? ? PIE!!!!!Jack's has some of the most pleasant professional STAFF. Even as early as I drop by. I have always gotten fast, courtesy good accurate ? service. As all customers will say. STAFF IS IMPORTANT. JACK'S YOU GOT IT RIGHT. TY
Fried Chicken was not Fresh, the fries they served was not fresh,the place was clean, But the Biscuits,I got was old did not enjoy my food, they was out of pies,, The Manager there would not allow me and my wife to use too coupons and he had a problem with that which I did not care, The Bessemer location during dinner time I would not go there they serve old food. I looking forward in the Hoover Location to reopen
Mark another place off our list of go to’s for fast food-close to home. Returned Monday to get Saturday’s botched order corrected. Assistant manager, Dave told me I agreed to accept the wrong order on Saturday. What?!?! He then stated he would only replace the kids meal, even though all of our order-except 1 sandwich was wrong. He continued by saying that this would never happen again. I told him he was EXACTLY right. Not another penny of my money will go to pay his wages. He spoke to me like I was there for a handout. It’s pretty sad, one person can do this to an establishment that seems to have a great staff. One bad apple!!!
Food is very good. 2 stars because the drive through is exceptionally slow. The food doesn't seem to be right ready. Last October, same thing. 20 to 25 minutes going through the drive through. Church is next door, so it's a Sunday afternoon after church that we stop by. Please improve the timing of having the food ready. As I type this it's been 22 minutes. It seems very disorganized.
