This was the nastiest Jack's I've ever been in. I watched the li e cooks touch everything with the same gloves on that he was making food with. The staff was racist and unfriendly. There was food and water all over the floor. A woman in her pj's in the off on the phone. To top all of that off when I got to my car and bit into my Burger it was like there was spit in it. I’m not going to rate them too low because I know a lot of people like them but me personally I don’t like their food and they got my order wrong… I thought they would be just as good as Milos but they’re not.
The food was hot and fresh. Cree is full of wise women. THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE GAS LEAK IN THE DINNING ROOM COMING FROM THE FIREPLACE. When told to manager by a retired firefighter. Response was she's raised this several times already. Jacks DO BETTER AS A COMPANY. LIFE MATTERS.
Waited in line over 20 min as 'workers' walked around apparently on break. Apathetic manager on duty. Food was not good. Not sure if they have ever changed the grease/oil or have ever washed the tea vats. Dining drink machines were out of order and staff were put-out to do refills. Filthy restrooms, dirty dining area, and staff with bad attitudes. You could tell we customers were inconvenient to their work day. Threw most of the food away. Don't bother stopping here. Better food at the gas station next door. Not what you expect from Jack's.
Employees are too slow and incompetent to work a drive thru speaker and ring up orders at the same time. Save your gas and time and find somewhere where capable employees work.
1st time here and it was great food hot and fresh drinks were crisp and refreshing serive was a little slow but good and friendly staff.aweeome job thank you for the service.i am from the Atl.and was oasis g thru.
This location is always pretty good. Went during shift change and the transition wasn't as smooth as it could have been, but the cashier was nice and happy and I will definitely be going back!
3 PC dinner snack .. Chicken fingers? You mean nuggets. Tacked on a cheese cup upcharge and I did not order it. They just hand it back out the window after ignoring me and pressing their BUTT against the drive thru window... DT cashier attitude was unhappy as Eeyore. Playing at the front line ...I'm starting to prefer McDonald's. Standards are gone at Jack's, and it isn't this location. It's every one of them.
From out of town. Went through the drive-through just really slow there weren't that many cars but it was slow going through the drive-through otherwise the food was delicious.
Biscuits are insane but the hash browns have a weird taste about em that I just can't put my finger on. Besides that great food, burgers are really under rated.
