Food was good overall, chicken was a little over-sauced and I got less of a taste from the chicken, collards were good and so was the mac. I live in Texas, so BBQ is life! Lady at the cash register was nice but young man delivering our food, well maybe it had been a long day for him. Again though, live in Texas but grew up in Mississippi!
Service was slow considering place was empty. Food was fair.Server was less than friendly and had insanely long finger nails. So much so I woried about sanitation.When I'm in the area again probably will look elsewhere. It was just a ho hum experience. Nothing terrible, nothing good. Just ok.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! An item was out that I ordered so instead of a replacement I asked for a refund on the item. After I waited for about 45 minutes I asked where my order was only be to laughed at and told my entire ticket was thrown away. Management did not even extend and apology for his staffs mistake instead he made rude remarks. Please do not spend your money here. The entire staff needs customer service training
Ribs were hard collard greens tasted like it came from a can. Service was good. I just expected more from a local company and less like a chain business.
Great service and food! Bought for entire family. Ribs and sauce were VERY good. Got chicken Baker and pork baker potatoes. Crazy big taters! One potato is enough for 2 people. Also had a large BBQ pork sandwich which was super as well. Topped off with a delicious key lime pie. This place is one of the top BBQ restaurants in Alabama!
A little disappointed in this time. Since when did FM start charging $.50 for each extra sauce? After years of going there this is the first time they tried to charge me for the little "to go" cups of sauce. That wouldn't be a big deal if they actually filled the little cups up, but they don't. They're usually only half full if that much. The pork isn't that great to begin with. Most of the time it's overcooked and dry. Also, the onion rings used to be really good, but the past 3 times they tasted like there was raw batter still under the crispy.
Great food, speedy service, clean restaurant.. Friendly manager. The fried green tomatoes were too ripe before cooked otherwise the meal was delicious and the portions were very big.
My family came to the drive thru and tried to order a meal. We sat at the drive thru for a very long time and never was able to order. We tried to get the person attention over the speaker and they never responded. We drove around to the window and Ari at the window was taking the person behind us order.. We spoke to them at the drive through and they said they didn’t see us or know we wasn’t there and that was a lie.. They was laughing and thought it was a joke Ari and CJ that they didn’t take our order. The manager Daniel came to the window and told us they training which is still an excuse. The strong workers should be on the window and they should have the trainers shadowing them until they get the hang of it.. I will not be returning to this location because there are kids that work there that think having customers wait and providing poor customer service is funny.
The food and service is great! Ordered a Greek salad it was huge, turkey so moist. It was a real Greek salad. My co-worker ordered the Pork potato it was massive! Best full moon I’ve ever eaten, 10 stars if I could give it!
Great place to eat. Always amazing food even if you have to wait for it. I've had little to no problems out of their drivethru or inside service.
