I used to frequent this location when we lived off this exit. Over the past 5 -6 years I have grown more and more disappointed with the employee's ability to handle the simplest of requests. They seem to be bothered to have customers. I have said, on more than one occasion, that I would not go back to this location. I assure you my last trip there is behind me.
The food and coffee is pretty consistent but unfortunately so is the rudeness of the staff at this location. I understand having a bad or off day but this will be my last morning stopping at this location. I will drive a little further for a better experience at acton road.
3 out of 5 times they won't have donuts in morning. And orders through app aren't checked. You walk in and they might ask name and then prepare order after asking what you had.
My fiancé stopped by Dunkin’ to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. After ordering the sandwich he requested it be cut in half, in order to make eating it easier while driving. The young lady taking the order immediately, rudely responded, “I can give you a knife!”When arriving at the window, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told that the manager wasn’t at the store. I also asked if it was Dunkin’s policy not to cut sandwiches. The girl at the window stated that it was. If this is true, it would have been nice to hear that instead of hearing, “ I can give you a knife!”Do better Dunkin. It takes a few seconds to cut a sandwich after making it to assist your customers while eating in vehicles!
Love their caramel iced coffee! My go to for coffee. The coffee roll is also good. Better and cheaper than Starbucks. But could have a better friendly service.
Do not come to this Dunkin the bad reviews are true.I ordered through door dash.I was given a large cup filled halfway with cappuccino, and almost no ice. What ice was left was already melted.The donuts were stale and old.They would not pick up the phone.Do not come to this Dunkin the bad reviews are true.
Charged me for 2 extra swirls that I did not ask for. The iced coffee that they gave me was HORRIBLE. No one was ahead of me in the drive thru line, but when I got to the window my coffee was already made. When they gave it to me the ice was already almost completely melted. It is clear to me that they gave me an old coffee that had been sitting there awhile. I ordered a caramel iced coffee but the one that they gave me tasted like toasted almond. I will NEVER go to that Dunkin’s again. I poured the coffee out in the parking lot.
If I'm not mistaken, this Dunkins closes at 4p.m. However, the 2 ladies working at the time were friendly & helpful.
Staff was super nice. My wife who is handicapped had a hard time explaining what she wanted but they were very patient with her.
Long as they have my ice coffee they get five stars....
